We ate ate Brio because the wait at Seasons 52 was too long and I'm glad we did. It was a stormy evening and when we arrived at the restaurant it was obvious the outdoor diners had to quickly abandon their food and head inside. Such a shame for the diners and restaurant. The restaurant space is very large and... More

Brio serves consistently good food. We had a flat bread for an appetizer. My wife had pasta and I had the gorgonzola crusted beef medalions. All were delicious. The waiter was attentive and helpful. The one fault was that the menu said to ask about their craft beer selection. I did. They have none. They only had typical macro beers,... More

We've eaten here many times, but when we were there this week, it seemed unusually noisy, and the service was VERY slow. Our waiter agreed, as he apologized for the kitchen and said that dessert was on him. The funny part, is that the restaurant didn't seem "packed", which didn't surprise me, since we were there about 6:30 pm. The... More

At least they took our reservation on a busy Friday night. It was downhill from that point onward. Noise level is extremely loud. It is very difficult to carry on a conversation. Once seated it was 10 minutes before a waiter appeared. Menu was disappointing. I expected more choices from an Italian restaurant. Warm bread was served accompanied by butter... More

We we're walking around Bethesda and looked for a place to have a fast lunch. We knew Brio from a previous trip. And enjoy been there again... Nice food, good place to relief. You should try, once you have the opportunity! Congratulations for the service.

Crab soup had shrimp in it. That was the only meat in the soup. I ordered the small five ounce filet, medium rare. They missed the mark and it was most certainly medium well and dry to boot. They provided a huge pile of mashed potatoes that were very dry (no moisture at all). The best part of the dinner... More

Went there with friends to celebrate their child's graduation from uni. Good food, fresh ingredients, polished recipes and presentation, but service is slow and sort of disorganized. Waiter might bother you several times in 5 mins asking is everything OK, but then you can wait forever for a water refill. All in all, I liked the place, but it might... More

Always excellent service. Get the Brio card for discounts and special offers. The salads are the best value.

I went to this restaurant for a dinner after my niece's confirmation. We had the private room right behind the hostess desk. It was wonderful to have this room for our family. The restaurant itself is lovely and there is a very nice looking bar. I need to come back for happy hour. :) The food was amazing. I had... More

have been to this pace a couple dozen times. Each time the same thing happens- food is nice, but it takes forever to get it and they don't change this...
