This place is very busy and lunch and we were lucky that we got there just in time and didn't have to wait for a table. The food was only OK. My meal was not memorable. The service was poor though. Our waiter served one of our dishes to another table (that arrived after us) and we had to ask... More

La Brasa is a tiny restaurant tucked back behind Rockville Pike. It is worth seeking out. The carne asada is perfectly cooked and delicious with pico and rice. The pupusas come out piping hot so the cheese is gooey- don't burn your mouth!

You would never know that this restaurant was so good by just driving by. We had an outstanding meal! The fish was tender and flaky. The beef was marinated and thinly sliced so well. Cerviche was yummy. Lastly we finished the meal with a tres leches cake. So good!!!

We selected this eatery based upon its very good reviews and we wanted to try a Latin restaurant. We were not disappointed. We arrived a little past 7:00pm and found the parking lot full. We were directed to another lot next door. However, there were no seats available. The place was packed with families and customers. We were seated al... More

The food is authentic, seasoned well, and oh so good. I ordered tilapia two days in a row for lunch. LOL!

Our party of five went to this small (easy to overlook) and cozy restaurant for dinner and really enjoyed the excellent Mexican food. Everything was good - also the beer - and served by very welcoming and friendly staff. My favorite: the chicken drizzler with guacamole salat on the side.

We've driven pass this joint so many time. It's a small box like place that didn't seem appealing from the outside. One evening, my husband and I decided to try La Brasa and we regret that we haven't been here sooner. The dining room is small. There's section for take out order like in other typical Peruvian chicken places with... More

This place was highly rated so I had high expectations. From the first chips and salsa to the yuca relleno appetizer to the delicious entrees- this place is a winner. We enjoyed the enchiladas and lomo saltado.

This is the second time we have been to La Brasa. The place looks like a hole in the wall from the outside but inside there is white linen service and a very warm staff. The food is Latin American and plentiful. I had the tounge with rice and fresh veggie and my husband the Cuban pork and rice and... More

This is the best restaurant in Rockville! The food is awesome. Service is friendly. True family Restraunt. Leave room for desert.
