This place looks really fun and I’m sure other people were enjoying themselves. If Dillon is your server please just ask for someone else. He isn’t coming back to the table. He was busy talking with other diners and having a great time- even giving...out his number. After 10 minute wait for salad dressing my husband went looking for it himself.More

Was there last night April 17, 2023 in a booth. Food and service were great, but the flys were terrible. So had to eat good food while swishing away the flys. Possible small fans at the tables. Please look into this, thanks.

This was the absolute definition of a perfect ending to a vacation. Our server, Loren, read our family’s energy instantly and recommended wine, beer, and food perfectly tailored to our wants. It was such a wonderful meal and I can’t wait to go back.

Everything from start to finish was excellent. There were four of us and we ordered filet minion, salmon, kale salad, Caesar salad and of course their signature cheddar rolls. We finished with the chocolate brownie sundae (unbelievably good). Our server, Lauren was absolutely perfect! And...I mean professional, kind, accommodating with perfect timing without being intrusive. She is probably the absolute best server in OC. We have been to many restaurants over our 50 years coming to the beach and Sunset Grill and Lauren are the best.More

Nicole M. was our waitress. She was excellent in every respect. She managed all of our needs and the food came hot and delicious. The rest of the staff was great too, and that made for a wonderful dinner. I had the crab cakes with...remoulade. The cakes were plentiful and served to stay warm. The Ahi Tuna was also excellent and came a very favorable amount of wasabi. Great cheese biscuits accompanied the meal, and a very nice Bloody Mary made the evening. Again, thanks again to Nicole M. One of the best restaurants that I have been to in my life!!!! Everything about this restaurant is top notch. The location, the views, the service and the food!!! EVERYTHING is amazing and I cannot wait to return!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful early dinner at Sunset Grille. Loren was our waitress and she was phenomenal. She was very efficient and so helpful with cocktail and entrée recommendations. She timed all of our courses perfectly even the to go order that...I got for my sister. I got the crab cakes and my husband got the filet with a deep fried lobster tail. Everything was so delicious! We sat at the upstairs bar where the atmosphere is delightful, Chad was our bartender and his service was outstanding, very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was absolutely delicious .
