If you don’t go to this restaurant for nothing else, go for the scenery and customer service. It was approximately 8:00pm as the sun began to set and the birds were nesting on the water, a beautiful view. Our waitress was attentive and very welcoming, my 14 yrs. daughter said she deserved a big tip. I ordered the steak, shrimp, red potatoes and green beans all, but the steak was perfect. I asked for it to be well done, after sending it back once, it came back dry and still partially cooked. My daughter enjoyed Harbor watch’s famous jumbo shrimp pasta ,the amount and size of the shrimp was perfect.

After a week of hit or miss dining in OC, we were very happy with Harrison’s. We were seated quickly and even though we were in the center of the second floor we had great views of the ocean. All tables were spaced more than six feet and all other COVID precautions were taken. We saw a thorough cleaning of a table after a nearby party left. I got the Neptune special; the steak was thinner than I expected but cooked perfect medium as ordered, the crab was great. It was more expensive than I normally would pay but all other prices were reasonable. My wife and kids all were happy with their meals. All the sides were good and plentiful too. Our waitress was top-notch the entire time.

Wow, what an amazing seafood experience at 1/2 the prices of big city restaurants. Folks, this is fine seafood dining without the accompanying prices. My wife had the crabcake and cocunut shrimp platter while I had 4 apprizers; local oysters; coconut coated shrimp; the ahi tuna appetizer and the house salad. We were well taken care of by Baranka but every young lady we met was super nice. Please go there if you love fresh, thoughtfully prepared seafood. And KUDOs to the young man who made my Manhattan. Awesome and without even meeting you, you knew that the ice I wanted was the “dirty ice’!

crab soup was great, it went down hill from there. ordered broiled crab cakes, they came out very fast, upon trying we learned they were not cooked. sent them back, they come out hot, yet every bite had shells, crab dip has nasty burnt cheese. ordered broiled sea food platter, sea food comes out floating in water and was cold. they lack the needed employees. when we complained about all the shells they said thats the way it is now, because they dont have pickers any longer. very disappointing

Such a let down. Tried a few times for a reservation, and finally able to secure a table. When we arrived, there was a line and people were being accommodated without reservations. This didn’t bother me until I stepped up to the hostess and was informed no more window seats (yes, 2 of the walk ins snagged the windows). We saw a few available so asked if we could have 1 of those seats/ hostess said they were reserved, so I reminded her I had a reservation.. perplexed, she seated us. The wretched smell of the carpeting was nauseating, but we just focused on the view. Delicious bread, and refreshing wine.. and great family memories of this place. Deciding on our meal I wanted whatever was “best” on their menu so opted for Mr. Harrison’s Rockfish stuffed with jumbo lump crab imperial. Oddest cut of fish, did not look like like any striped bass I had ever caught/ prepared… and the thin layer of “crab” was complete mush- no lump, no imperial sauce, drizzle of some sort of cream. I poked around to figure out what this was on top of this unknown fish. Mr Harrison and the Harrison family should be appalled- perhaps should visit regularly for quality check. I’d never consider what I was served to be a Maryland classic. We had wonderful, upbeat top quality meals without any issue at the Angler, Lighthouse Sound, and Sunset Grille. Harrison’s was most expensive and the absolute worst. Sadly, it seems establishments rest on their laurels. If you can’t serve basic Maryland seafood in Ocean City, Maryland, don’t waste my time. Time is too precious for garbage like Harrison’s.

We stopped by for some seafood and kept it simple by ordering fish fry's for both of us. I also ordered the cream of crab soup. We got in quickly without a reservation and noticed the place was rather busy. The soup was pretty good, nothing great. Our food came out too quickly seeing I just started my soup and our drinks. I asked for water three times before getting some. The fish fry's included two pieces of breaded fish with endless sides. Sadly, the fish was awful, the breading was soggy and greasy and to thick. The fish inside was hard to find, too thin and also soggy and tasteless. At $23 each, it was the worst fish I ever had. We didn't finish our meals and raised our concerns to the server but she offered nothing in the way of satisfying the customer. The next day, different location, we were talking to one of the servers from Harrison's and he informed me that the fish fry's are a common food item sent back for the reasons I gave. I have visited Harrison's a few years back and remember it was just okay and hoped things would be better but it wasn't. So, here's my opinion...the food is overpriced and is not very good. The atmosphere is pretty good but kind of crammed when busy. The views are only good if you have a window seat. There are lots of good places nearby for finding quality food which can be discovered on Trip Advisor. Skip this place...

It pains me to write this review as this was once my favorite restaurant in Ocean City and was a must to eat there every year during our vacation. My daughter and I ordered the rare tuna like we do every year and the past 3 years it has been incredible. The sushi grade tuna arrived well done for both my daughter and I, so well done that when we picked up the tuna to eat it, it flaked like tuna fish in a can. We notified the waitress who seemed annoyed that we were not satisfied due to the tuna being overcooked and that we wanted it replaced with rare tuna. The second time around the tuna came between medium rare to medium so we reluctantly ate it but didn't enjoy it. We did not ask for a manager at the time that we dined there, which I regret now, but decided to call that evening and was told that a manager was unavailable but that we would receive a call back. After several days no cb. This establishment has lost my business forever. There are plenty of other places in OC to get a better dinner so save yourself time and money and go elsewhere

Don't waste your time!! I don't know how this place got any good reviews based on my experience. Fried fish was very greasy and fish looked like mush. Sent that back and got the grilled seafood platter, fidh mushy again, shrimp was not cleaned and had no flavor, scallops was the only thing edible. Sooo disappointing!

We have been here many times and are often very pleased with the experience. While some say it’s pricy, I think their prices are fair and competitive given the atmosphere and the fact that you get unlimited sides with your entree on top of bread served to the table. But this last visit was horrible. We walked in at 4:30 for an early dinner. There was no line or crowd and our party or 3 was seated immediately. We waited and waited….and waited. 20 minutes later, we were still waiting for service as we watched waitstaff walk past and food runners stand by looking lost with nothing to do. I went to the hostess stand for help but she was on the phone. When she got off the phone, she helped people waking in the door rather than me, even though I was standing there for several minutes with no other new customers in site. Not like I was lost in the crowd. When I returned to our table, the table behind us was vacated by another family that also got tired of waiting. The hostess sat the new family at that table. Hope they had better luck. We decided to leave. There was no one at the hostess stand when we left, otherwise I would have said something. If there was a manager there, they were doing a good job of hiding as well. We come here every year but won’t be back this year. Maybe next, but I’m skeptical on their ability to provide a good experience.

Excellent Food & Excellent Service best describe Harrison’s Harbor Watch. We went here on a whim tonight, after waking by every restaurant on the boardwalk and just not finding what we wanted at Dinner Time on a Saturday in OC. We landed on Harrison’s and went in to see if they had a table, and luckily for both of us, they made it happens. I say both of us because they earned a customer forever with their excellent service and SUPERB food, and then we got the benefit of being able to eat this delicious dinner. I started with the Cream of Crab soup and have to say hands down, it was the best Cream of Crab soup I’ve had in my life. Not as rich and filling as She Crab soup, another favorite of mine, but absolutely perfect and bursting with flavor and delicious fresh crab meat. I had the Crab Cake Dinner and I plan on having it again before I leave this trip, it was that good. Both of us that dined, have never had a better crab cake in our lives. So perfectly fresh and not a bit of filler in sight. Just perfect lump and back fin meat and it was to die for. The side I chose was Green Beans but they table had Green Beans, Coleslaw, and potatoes... All were so fresh and you can tell they love what they do. Plus there’s the picturesque view you get to enjoy while you dine. One of my new favorite places for sure.

Really delicious seafood and great service. We ordered clams, oysters, steamed shrimp, Maryland crab soup, mussels and snow crabs and they were all delicious. They had slower service but it didn’t bother us as the kids were engrossed in eating all of the seafood. Fresh food and delicious. Would definitely come back.

The atmosphere and views here are excellent with many good view tables. Parking is free and easy. The food is very good and they offer plenty of items for those who are not seafood lovers. We were a party of eight and got a very nice table immediatley with no reservation. Prices are on the high side . The weekend menu has the same items but prices are higher. The bigger issue here is inconsistent service and kitchen speed. On the first visit service and the speed in the kitchen were acceptable. On visit number two, four nights later, service was haphazard. No bread was brought to the table until finally requested and entrees took about 40 minutes to be served. One entree was not served until everyone else had completed their dinner. Our waitress seemd preoccupied and waiting us was an afterthought. The food here is good. It is convenient to get to and park. I guess it matters which night you show up and who your server is to determine how your experience will be. Cautiously recommend......

One of the best dining experiences we have had in OCMD. Every visit starts with the service and here it was top notch, from being seated until leaving. Then add in a comfortable setting with a great view and hope the food meets your expectations. And it did! Both our entree's were seafood oriented, well prepared, well presented and delicious, especially the Coastal Catch combo. Good dessert as well. Prices were reasonable for a resort area. Highly recommended.

Harrison's Harbor Watch has never had the best food in Ocean City, but it consistently delivers good food, great views, and most importantly - a good experience. The ownership has always been incredibly accommodating for us with large groups, or this year, with members of our party with disabilities. Thank you so much! But what is most telling is that when other businesses are crying about not being able to get employees, Harrison's had an abundance of them. I guess they pay them well and provide a positive working environment? Whatever the case, they must do something different than everyone else to stand out to potential workers. Thanks

The view overlooking the inlet is gorgeous. The food made both of us sick. I planned to get the ahi tuna, but when I asked if it was fresh or frozen I was told it comes in vacuum sealed bags, is possibly frozen, and not the best choice. I asked what on the menu was fresh. Our server recommended the daily specials, which we ordered. My husband got the scallops and corn and I got the mahi with mango salsa. Both were horrible. I would guess the mahi was frozen and thawed. I was not a normal consistency for fresh mahi. The scallops had a greyish appearance and were chewy with a strange off taste. I would guess they were starting to go bad. The side of green beans was the best thing I had. The other sides were ok. My husband and I both had to urgently go to the bathroom several times through the night. I could have overlooked the cost of the drinks and the old carpeting if the food had been decent. They would do better to charge more, make portions smaller, and actually serve fresh seafood. I feel bad for people who come here on vacation and spend a day sick from eating here. Shame on the owners.
