This is one of those places that takes you back in time from the moment you step through the door. I was immediately catapulted back to the old family-run restaurants I frequented with my parents when I was a child. There was just something so...nostalgic about this restaurant that I really enjoyed.
I ordered a chicken caesar salad which was good, but not as a great as I thought it would be. The chicken breast was a little rubbery and seemed as thought it had been cooked earlier in the day and heated in the microwave after I placed my order. Fortunately, the caesar dressing was very tasty. My dining partner ordered a meatball sub and thought it was pretty good as well. Lastly, our waitress was super nice and made us feel very welcome.
All in all, Trattoria Lombardi's is a quaint place to visit while in Ocean City.More
Great pizza but customer service needs work! It was our first time here I called my order I had a few questions again it’s our first time, the woman who answer was rude and clearly didn’t want to answer my questions so we just order...a pizza. Once we arrived to pick it up I could clearly tell the woman who took my order was also working carry out. She didn’t greet me kinda of had an attitude! I had to ask for utensils(plates) and when I asked for Parmesan cheese she rolled her eyes. Like I said the pizza was good my boys enjoyed it but customer service needs work!!!!More
Wonderful Italian meal! Service was great, food was fantastic. Pasta portions were perfect; not too much, not too little. The pasta ala vodka was great. The cannoli for dessert was a good ending. Only criticism, and my personal preference, if you are going to serve...soft, Italian bread to accompany the pasta then please soften the butter. Otherwise it makes it almost impossible to spread w/o tearing up the bread. Minor, personal peccadillo.More
This has always been my favorite pizza in Ocean City. Normally when I visit this is pretty much what I eat the first night I get in town. I love the pizza and I absolutely love their house salad dressing. Their pasta is delicious and...the desserts too. I already cannot wait to get back.More
I was the group leader of 12 golfers who spent a few days in Ocean City on a golf trip. After golf, we were looking for a good restaurant for an evening meal. I called, and they said no reservations were needed, and they would...take care of us. They gave us a back room with all our guys together. We were promptly seated and saw a full menu of Italian specialties. We ordered some appetizers - then our meals, which were delivered to all 12 of our group in a surprisingly short time. Our waitress (Jenna?) was excellent, polite, and served us with a smile. The Italian cuisine was excellent, all of our group were pleased with the food and the prices. Great food at a great value. As we were preparing to leave, the owner came by and thanked us for supporting his restaurant. We would highly recommend this venue for a delicious Italian meal. Next time, we're going to get some of their pizza which looked great!More
We went here because we heard that they have nice thin crust pizza. We got the 'Supreme' with various Italian meats and veggies. It was up to expectations. Not the best pizza we've ever had but perfectly acceptable. The staff was friendly and all observed...the COVID niceties.More
Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. There was significant well lit parking, the service was great from Alma the hostess & our server with a beautiful Italian name. Our appetizer was a cheese pizza with extra cheese, the entrée was the Frutti di Mare...and dessert was both the cannolli & tiramasu. Everything was exceptionally great. The prices for the portions and authentic flavors are on par. The owner, Paolo stopped by to check in with us and spoke with us for a long time like family. Very funny & humble person who knows what it takes to keep a good business going. May Lombardi's be blessed with continued success♥♥♥More
The staff is so rude. On the phone and one person. Completely void of manners and not friendly. The pizza is gross. Way too cheesy, greasy and then throw a ton toppings on, it’s hard to get more than a piece down.
