The food wasn't great but good enough because we were hungry. The fish n chips was pretty good, the braised mac n cheese tasted like hamburger helper, the chicken quesadillas was bland and the waffle burger was okay. The happy hour drinks were actually pretty...okay for my liking.More

Great service from Matt, good drinks, cool decor. Really loud in the dining area due to proximity of the adjacent arcade, volume of the music and the echo chamber acoustics. The fried chicken and waffles were the worst I've ever had anywhere. The huge surprise...was how good the mixed vegetables were. Go figure. The crab dip was below average,, mostly cream cheese....the fresh made pretzels were pretty good.. This place suffers from an identity crisis: is it a kids arcade, an adult bar or a restaurant. I might like it better if i still had kids at home. Overall barely average.More

Was here last year and had a great time, I would only give it a 2 rating this year. Food, was so so. Got the artichoke spinach dip it was ok, not great. The food selections were not great and were pricey for what you...got. I got the patty melt, which is not served on a hamburger bun, and fries, 19.00. There was an up charge for fries. My mom also got the burger, which was not a fresh patted out burger but a frozen hamberger patty. Daughter had the jerk chicken which she said was excellent. All in all, spent 175.00 for 3 cards and dinner. Way overpriced. Won’t be returning!More

Tried somewhere new, was delighted and will definitely be returning. Delicious drinks, great food. Bummed the fried pickles were sold out. Had the crab tots, cheese steak egg rolls, and seafood quesadilla. Great orange crush and other cocktails! Everything came out quick, hot, and tasty!...Didn't stay for games but that looked fun for next time.More

This place was recommended. We had to find something/somewhere to go since "Elsa" was arriving. We had planned to go to the boardwalk.

So much better than we expected! Our waiter was fantastic and super friendly. Fun atmosphere geared for all ages. Highly recommend the Tsunami Burger, the crab dip on top was on point. My oldest son got the Fish n Chips, the fish just flaked apart....We will definitely be back.More

This was our 1st visit to the 56 St location. It is very nicely decorated. The main attraction is the arcade area not the restaurant. There are 2 huge 12ft TV's above the main bar. There is another smaller bar in the bar near the...bowling alley. The are plenty of large video games , a golf game and 8+ lanes of bowling. The games are $1+ and a 12oz draft domestic beer $4.25. The burgers are $15. 6 wings for $8. The foods & drinks are expensive and nothing the brag about. Their signature pretzels are ok, comes with 2 sauces. The burgers are also ok. The Greek salad is ok for $14. No spectacular foods but the games are neat due to their size.More

Our family spent a really fun evening at Alley Oops. We did not eat anything but I did have some really good cocktails and spent the majority of our time bowling. The lanes are smaller than standard size but lend them selves to a heck...of a lot of family fun. I haven’t bowled in years but had a wonderful time. There is a huge arcade area where the littler folk in our group had a blast winning tickets and redeeming them for the usual arcade stuff. Very friendly staff.More

Very poor Fish & Chips today ( April 18, 2021 ) at Alley Oops 5500 block Ocean City. Fish was not fresh .... mushy and inedible. I advised our server who obviously did not pass my complaint along to the kitchen or to management. Disappointing...for a $212 meal not including the significant arcade spend. Alley Oops is what it is .... a bar and arcade where food and service is secondary.More
