BBQ that hit the spot. Enjoyed the food and setting at the Roadhouse. Covid-friendly with outdoor seating. Everything was so good- ribs, burger, and pulled pork sandwich. Kids enjoyed a game of Cornhole while we paid the check.

Took my kids here for dinner. When we walked in there wasn’t a hostess, the bartender said “grab a seat and I’ll let them know you’re here.” So we sat down and looked over the menu. The place wasn’t very busy, as the dinner rush...hadn’t started yet. The waiter kept walking by us and never once even acknowledged us. Finally after 15 minutes of being ignored, we just got up and left. Poor service!More

Paige is the only saving grace for this place. Door men informed us there was only one waitress and there would be a 10 minute wait. We waited at the bar and ordered a bucket of beer. We received 4 beers opened and sitting on...the bar. No bucket no ice. Bartenders were slow and non caring. There were six of us and we all thought about walking out. Paige saved the evening. Never met her before but an excellent waitress. The best caring person in the place.More

Stay away unless you want over priced OK food and horrible service. Just went on 8/26/19 Monday a slow night. They're literally losing business because they can't even serve people. The table next to us left after waiting 30 minutes for the waiter to take...their order. Our food didn't come out at same time and was cold and not the quality you would expect for a 30 dollar steak. Wife ordered a margarita with salt and they said they can't put salt on it.? The hostess was on her cell and didn't even notice when we walked up. The bathrooms are gross. Surprised they're in business!More

Got seated right away. Sat for 35 minutes before our drink order was taken. 25 minutes later they came back and took our food order. Only 3 people in our group. My wife ordered breaded shrimp her meal came out 10 minutes later. The shrimp and...the cream corn where cold. 15 minutes later my sons steak came out, again steak and baked potato where cold. Finally my steak came out 15 minutes later same result. My wife sent her meal back and nothing every returned not even reheat. Waitress was on her 3rd day and said she was never trained. Ask to speak to the manager and a waitress came out. The worst part of the night, the table next to us had a dog sitting on the chair beside them. Service dog would be understandable but it wasn’t. They ask the waitress for a plate and spoon and she brought it to them. They put dog food on plate and set it on table and the dog ate of the table. The staff thought this was so cute several came over to see it. When that table left they cleaned the plates off and never wiped the table off. So if you want cold food and to eat with animals be my guest just don’t ask for a manager apparently they don’t exist.More

My husband and I had dinner at cowboy roadhouse on August 12, 2019. We were seated right away, but it took our server 30 minutes to acknowledge our presence. We should have been eligible for early bird drinks but were not because of the wait....My husband had the ribs and they were ok. I had the “brisket “. It was TERRIBLE. It was thinly sliced tough beef with some barbecue sauce on it. We would never recommend this place to anyone. We could have had a much better meal for the price we paid. Also, the bathrooms were DISGUSTING, hadn’t been cleaned for days, reeked of urine.More

We visited one night and there was a waiting time of 60 mins, during lunch we were the only ones. We went for the ribs and the pulled pork. Pulled pork was dry and the back ribs were burned (had to request a change), but...also I guess it has to do we were the only ones at the place and first customers of the day.More

We recently visited here for dinner this weekend. While the staff was nice we have to leave this review based on the food. When we arrived around 6:30-7pm they said the wait would be 1hr45 mins. This was expected for a Friday night so we...expected. Well they seated us within the hour so we were happy. We asked the waitress for recommendations on food. I ordered the crab cake meal that came with 2 sides got the baked potato and corn on the cob. $36 meal looked good when they brought me the plate however after one bite i quickly realized how dry it was. No flavor no mayo no nothing. My corn still had strings so they didn’t clean it and no butter on that or the baked potato. Ok we ordered wings as an app which never came out so the waitress(very friendly) took it off our bill. The pork sand wasn’t seasoned either. If your looking for fries and loud music this is your place! If your hungry for dinner after a 4 hr ride stay clear.More

We were so excited to go. The staff at the door sent us across the restaurant for a hostess. Once there, we were pointed back to the door. Then were seated on the patio with NO music. The speakers were crusty outside. Boring!!! A few...of us ordered salads and they did not come until after our main dish was served. I asked for balsamic dressing and look at the pic, it was a glob! Gross. Almost all the condiment bottles at the table were empty. I had to take from another table twice. My husband was so excited for the loaded baked potato. However, it was not even cooked all the way! Best food was the corn on the cob. Now the steaks... asked for medium for several people and they were soooooo hard to chew. Definitely not going back.More
