Our meals were delicious! I recommend the scallops for appetizer and the shrimp and scallops for entree! Fabulous!

We had a really good meal here our last night in the area. The prime rib was excellent as were the crab cakes. The restaurant is in an old house which in itself is interesting. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was attentive but not special. We would go back.

My wife and I were in Oakland for the night and decided to not drive very far to a restaurant, so we picked the Cornish Manor. I ordered the Prime Rib and my wife the Catch of the Day. Neither of us thoroughly enjoyed our entrees. My suggestion: Drive a bit farther to were more restaurant choices are. Seriously!

In an old country home, quaint decor, seperate rooms and lavish party room upstairs, an outside deck to enjoy the wilderness deep creek has to offer, and I can't say enough good stuff about the seafood (and I'm quite picky). A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!!!!!

My husband took me here for valentines Day. We didn't have a reservation but they graciously seated us with no issues. Dinner menu mainly consists of seafood and steak dishes. It's a little pricey but was absolutely delicious.

Went here on a lark while driving through Oakland. Place was just as described in the pictures. Great atmosphere. Everything was great ...... until the food came. Nothing that we were served was up to snuff .... especially at those prices. Tough chicken; entrees were cold in the middle; salad was dry .... So disappointed .....

This was such a nice place to eat. Older Grand House with wrap around porch. The woodwork was amazing inside. The people with friendly and the food was Fantastic. They gave such a large portion.

While a long time patron, my last visits have been horrible. My dessert of cream puffs had obviously gone rancid. My waiter argued with me that they were fine. Steak was ordered medium well, came well done and was almost half grizzle. The salmon was half the proportion it used to be, yet the same price. When I called and... More

Although it's quite a drive from our home in PA, it is more than worth it. We love the atmosphere of this beautifully preserved grand-home nestled in a wooded area removing you from the hustle & bussel of the surrounding area.. You step back in time to a more elegant & slower era. Even though your surroundings are elegant, it... More

Stopped in for lunch on Monday after reading about it on Trip Advisor while planning for our short vacation. Lunch was so good, we returned the next day for dinner! Building is a late 1800s mansion that was restored and converted to restaurant. Food was fabulous. Loved their crab cakes. Cornish Manor special cocktail was wonderful.
