Funny name, tiny, little, middle-of-nowhere joint I stumbled upon by accident has now become my GO-TO place for Asian cuisine when I'm in the area. Good thing for the bright red-lettered neon sign or I would have drove right past it. U want Chinese? They have all the traditional Americanized dishes you would expect from Lo Mein to Chow Fun with Beef, Pork, Chicken, Shrimp, Scallop and yes, even DUCK! You want Japanese? Have them stir-fry your favourite proteins UDON or SOBA Style, and you won't be slighted! But OH SAY CAN YOU SUSHI??? Varieties abound as the chart on the wall explains the fishes you see under glass to be hand-rolled right in front of you... almost like I was taking a class. Wait... You wanna talk quality? One-word: AWESOME! Flavours blend beautifully, no greasy aftertastes, and I wasn't even hungry 30-minutes later! Finding one sauce too HOT and one sauce too SWEET... I actually mixed their exclusive YUM YUM Sauce with the SPICY MAYO Sauce and have created a masterpiece. ( I need to speak to them about naming rights... I wish to call it YUM-MAY-OH!... or maybe just GeeGee Goo!)
But I digress: So... back to the review, as I polish off the last of the Sugar Donuts I purchased last night and decided to have for breakfast today, which is why I am typing so fast that there is a woodpecker outside giving me the thumbs up for my pecking prowess... but I digress.... again (sugar rushes)…
Food; Good. CHECK! Prices; Moderate. CHECK! Parking; AMPLE. CHECK! Oh yeah, SEATING... very limited, the place is small, as I said. BUT ordering online is super-easy and fun. I do not think they deliver, not sure, but I ordered online for a 7pm pickup with an hour's drive ahead of me, arrived at 6:55 and was told they were still making one last item, which was then placed in my bag at 7:01. How cool was that. Got it home and ate it hot and all that was heard in the house that night were the YUMMY SOUNDS from me and my Gal.

Eat in or take out. Not a fancy place but rather utilitarian. Blends into the rural environment. Recommend that you sit where you can watch the chef prepare your order. Great eel sushi. Nice sized portions, very tasty. Nice break from usual heavy American fare.

We had a metal wire in our food!! This was suppose to be a little dinner for us and our son!! When we address the issue with the owner we were cussed out and forced to leave!! This place is a joke and i will never go back. Take your business somewhere else guys!

I will never go here the owner is so rude and called the cops on me for having metal in his food he sold me when all I simply asked for was my 23$ back my child could have chewed on that he was so careless never once apologized please take your business somewhere nicer and cleaner he didn't even know where the metal came from he said at first it was a a piece of metal they clean the grill with ..gross. Then he said I don't know what it is or where it came from I was so polite and nice now I'm furious he told me to sue him he has a million dollar insurance company. I don't care my child and family was put at risk and that's what he tells me while he's making some poor nice lady call the cops on me. Never will I give him a dime of my money he doesn't deserve to be in business.

This little hole in the wall food joint serves some pretty good Chinese food and from what my dinner companion stated, some awesome sushi. There are only three tables and a small bar, so the seating is limited, but they do takeout!

We thought this was a sit-down restaurant but it is more of a take-out place. They do have seats, but no bar. We sat down for our dinner of Chinese and Japanese. Food was good, service was great. Right off the highway.

I was very impressed with the food that I received from sushi Palax. All the food was fresh the ingredients very tasty the menu showed me traditional quality that I really enjoyed what a great surprise I received

My only complaint about this restaurant is that it is too small -- only can seat 25 people at a time. The food is prepared to order, with both the "standard" as well as more exotic items available. The seaweed salad is quite fresh, the sushi is masterful. They have carry-out and delivery as well as eat-in dining.
