If you are in Havre de Grace, La Cucina is a place to go. The food was great. The portions are large so be prepared. Our server, Misty, not only brought our food but gave us great information on events happening in the area. We will definitely make a trip back.

Just had the worst meal ever ... Had their seafood pasta - the seafood was horrible - maybe fresh a week or so ago - but not today ! Muscles were uneatable - Squid was hard and if not hard rubbery - Clams - well lets not even go there . Previous meals there were ok - and I understood... More

Wait staff is very friendly and the kitchen takes special request. Must have the anti pasta. It could feed 6 people.

I am a local and enjoy this "classic" Italian cuisine. Very nice place. Good service. Not so expensive but very large portions. Good place for doggy bag!

My company goes on a yearly trip to HDG and we LOVE coming here. To start; the drink selections were uncomplicated and refreshing- a really nice break from all these craft cocktails and unknown brewing companies that seem to be taking over the world. Easy choices that took a lot of stress out of the ordering process for a large... More

So good I took a group back for lunch the next day. They're open until 10 pm, so I was able to walk to dinner after flying in from the west coast. The entire staff was friendly, and everyone wanted to help out. The veal parm was excellent (and plentiful) and they serve a nice house Chianti. The lunch was... More

Waitress did not check on us once after our meals arrived...food was bland, overcooked shrimp, w/undercooked pasta w/cold crabmeat out a can thrown on top with few tiny withered pieces of asparagus...my friend had the rack of lamb, which was also bland, and just okay. We never received that garlic bread promised with our salads, although from reading other reviews,... More

Although this place says all their food is homemade (soups, etc), someones hand was a bit heavy on the salt shaker. Now mind, you, we're not heavy salters, but the chicken soup and chicken sandwich kept m spouse drinking water all night.

Wife had the white pizza I had the veggie. Both great. Place was packed with only two waitresses. Service was good though. Appetizers were calamari and bruschetta. Lots of take home too.

I just tried this place last weekend. So mad I waited 5 years to do it. This is the closest NY style pizza your going to find. Born and raised northern Jersey. Trust me you need to get a pie from here. The brushetta was delicious as well. Haven't tried any entrees yet will do soon.

Thank Joe P
