Baked goods were awesome. Dinner roll, yes the dinner roll was the best part of the meal. The pork chops were a little fatty, but good. Try the baked beans! Coconut cream pie is their specialty and it does not disappoint. Price was a little higher than I expected.

So we were in the car for 6 hours and with 2.5 hours more, we stopped for dinner off 70. A diner with 10 swivel bar stools, 11 booths and about 8 tables. Nothing fancy at all, lol, flower and stripe wallpaper and blue and burgendy colors. [Church assembly chairs at the tables, if you know what that means] We... More

After a ride on the Western Maryland Rail Trail (WMRT) our group stopped at Weavers. It's been a while since we ate here but the food is good as usual. My wife had a spinach salad, and I had the egg salad sandwich on toasted rye. Of course the standout here are the pies. Although I don't normally have dessert... More

We stop and had a great country home cooked family meal with all the fixings. I had the pan fried Port Chops with sides of a potato and corn. I also had the "all you can eat" salad Bar and all to items were fresh and very tasty. I would stop just for it. My wife and mother-in-law really enjoyed... More

Food was typical. Waitress was friendly but not thrilled about her job. We were the only people in the restaurant and think it was before the lunch rush. I think they are favored for their bakery.

We thought we would try a different place , so we gave Weavers a try . Staff didn't seem friendly , carpet looks dirty ,when you see it what it looks like near the wall. I ordered a fish sandwich and the grease would drip out on the plate, squeezing the bun. They have a bakery case , pies $14.99... More

We usually would stop at Weavers on a weekend when passing thru the area but recently stopped on a weekday for a quick dinner. Then menu seems considerably abbreviated but I'm not certain if weekdays were always that way. There are mostly a variety of sandwiches available. The salad bar was very minimal so if that's a big part of... More

We stopped here by accident on our way to a vacation destination. I had the pan fried chicken. It was perfect. Juicy, crispy and tasted great. The veggies were just as good. My wife had the beans. Excellent as well. We generally don't have dessert but we had to try theirs since they were fresh baked. Great call. The blueberry... More

We've been stopping at Weaver's restaurant for YEARS whenever we pass this way on Interstate 70. We desired some 'home-cooked' type food today and were hoping for some apple dumplings, but alas, they only had those on the weekends. Our lunch time meal was an excellent steak and cheese sub with just the addition of fried onions. This sub was... More

This is your typical Diner-type food. Nothing out-of-this-world, but still really well-prepared favorites. The service has always been spectacular! I would recommend Weaver's to anyone in town off of the bike trail, looking for a reasonably priced meal.
