The menu has something to please everyone at reasonable prices. Outdoor seating if you want it, inside with very comfy booths, large bar, interesting architecture. Something on the menu for everyone, including vegetarians. Food was pretty good, the potatoes could have used more flavor. We...More

The silverware was plastic and napkin paper. The table did not seem very clean, the filled won-ton's were overly crispy, the shrimp appetizer was all spiced breading. The 28 burgers were almost really good, but missing any ketchup or mustard or mayonnaise. The chicken dish...More

One of the better restaurants in Hagerstown in a really cool space. Full bar, good variety of specials, tasty pizza. Definitely try the rissouto. We come here fairly regularly, service is usually good but varies.

Poor Hagerstown... the place has potential to be great but falling short. The building where 28 South is pretty cool, very open and could be a great place to eat and drink. I've looked forward to going to 28 South as everyone that has told...More

We stopped in here for a quick dinner before an overnight in Hagerstown, based on TA reviews and a recommendation. A very quiet Tuesday right after the holidays. The place was mostly empty, and we weren’t sure what we were getting into. We needn’t have...More

Our waiter could not have been nicer! The brunch menu looked good on paper, but when the food came, the “home fries” were actually deep fried potatoes, basically French fries cut into squares! The spinach and cheese in my omelette was sparse. The mimosa was...More

My wife and I visited 28 South recently based on reviews we were seeing for the restaurant. I dropped my wife off and had to park a few blocks away. The restaurant is large and pretty wide open. It's an interesting venue. Our waitress was...More

Looked for a local place to stop and get a bite to eat. We were sat quickly and greeted by our waitress within minutes. We ordered the chicken pate and shrimp appetizers for our dinner. Although the pate needed salt, it was very good. Their...More

We attended a brunch here the morning after a wedding. Quinn, our server, was a saint for 20+ sleepy, hungover, indecisive folks! We were seated at a large table on the 2nd floor and she was such a trooper with running everything up the stairs....More

I'm not sure. I work evenings so I've only been there at lunch. And I haven't been able to get a drink. I'm sure if you called they would tell you.
