Recently had dinner there with family. Turned out to be lobster night. As I Remember it was about $20 for a 11/2lb lobster with a salad and side. Many in the family donned the bibs and ate lobster. Others had steaks and prime rib. Everyone was pleased with their food and the service was excellent. The restaurant was crowded as... More

My husband and I went to the bar/lounge area of Annie's yesterday. We usually eat there because it is casual, has happy hour prices Mon-Fri on alcoholic beverages and specific appetizers and great service. A full extensive menu including seafood, steaks, salads, sandwiches , Italian is available. We have been coming to Annies for years because the overall food, service... More

I'm writing this review as a warning about ordering "fresh" fish here. I had the broiled scallops and loved them. My wife had the Mahi Mahi.. She complained it was fishy... I rolled my eyes and tried it. Not only was it very over cooked, but it WAS fishy. We don't usually complain, but she didn't eat any more, and... More

We went for a late lunch on a weekday with our 2 year old and were at least half the age of the other patrons, and the decor is high end but a bit aged. It is pricey, but great for special occasions as the food is outstanding. Definitely get the cream of crab soup. The crab cake sandwich was... More

Piano player, beautiful water views and great food. Feel like a personalized omelet, steamed shrimp, eggs of any kind, ham etc it's all really good! They also have really nice Holiday Brunches and the wait staff is excellent.

I was on the way back to DC from the DE beaches and the traffic going back over the Bay Bridge was ridiculous. So, I decided to try and wait it out at Annie's, which I discovered via internet when searching for places near where I was sitting in traffic. In DC, there's another place in Dupont Circle owned by... More

The family has been going to Annie's for 25+ years, and not much has changed. The location is OK, adjacent to a marina, but I've haven't seen too many boats leave or arrive. The food is pretty standard for a seafood restaurant, but the crab dip in the bread bowl is pretty good, and the cream of crab soup is... More

This is a great place to take a motorcycle ride on the weekend. The cream of crab soup is one of the best. The burgers are HUGE. All the food tastes great and the service is not lacking. You won't leave this place hungry or disappointed.

don't come here. The $45 Porterhouse was expensive, big, way overcooked and rather tasteless. It didn't have a hint of having been grilled properly. I could do better at home. The service was inexperienced. Crab soup was good, so were Oysters Rockefeller, but this is supposed to be a fancy steakhouse. Very disappointing.

The Christmas decor was so overdone that it was almost nightmarish. It's a prime waterfront location that has badly lost its way and was turned into a 1900's parlor belonging to spinster sisters. The decor and the awful bathrooms are all I really remember. The food was just ok and over-priced.
