Just finished a late lunch feast that included miso soup, seaweed salad, Gyudon, cucumber roll, and Inarizushi. Everything was great. Walk up to order, and the food will be served.

Tried this small and nice place after we moved to Ellicott City. The lady owner is very nice I talked to her once. People are great. Though it gets pretty busy sometimes but still I love hanging out in this place. Any orders are placed and paid at the register. Glad to know they finally back.

Popped in real quick for a roll and a chai latte and everything was amazing, I'll certainly be stopping in here again!

I love Matcha Time Cafe. I've been going there for about 2.5 years now. In the last year I go about once a week! It's one of the few cafes around that really understands how to properly brew tea, and has many high quality tea options. My husband doesn't really like tea, but loves their iced herbal teas. Matcha Time... More

Stopped there for a quick lunch. This is a nice but small Japanese place. The ramen was good. You can choose either regular or large size. In my opinion, the regular size is already pretty large. The service here is good, too.

The place is awesome. The food is amazing and the fact that everything is made fresh is a plus. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

What a wonderful little gem this cafe is. It's very small, but their food and their drinks are spectacular. I honestly think this place is a must.

With the lack of genuine Japanese restaurants in our area - reading through the glowing reviews of this cafe seemed like a godsend. My sister and I decided to take our Japanese mother out to lunch for her birthday. Parking is a challenge, but we were fortunate and nabbed a spot pretty early. Walking inside, the place is tiny. Two... More

Nice place to talk because the atmosphere is comfortable, clean and quiet. There is nice lighting, tasteful decor, but there are no outlets- so come for conversation or with devices fully charged. Solar batteries would be perfect!

This is a lovely little Japanese tea place (I'm not really sure how to classify it). Tea (and coffee, too) are freshly prepared, and the service is as excellent as the tea. I haven't eaten there, but if the quality of the food matches that of the tea and service, then I'm sure it's a meal to be enjoyed. It's... More
