Very much wanted to love t at the general store. The reviews and unique nature of the restaurant was really exciting for us. Unfortunately, apart from their chai tea (which was excellent), the rest of the meal was very mediocre for us. I’ll start with...More

I am deeply saddened that you did not enjoy your experience at t. It feels as if your first impression was "slightly off", which led to the next thing being "slightly off", which further compounded everything into an "OK" evening. I realize that nothing seemed...More

Went on a Saturday night with friends. Everyone had a different dish. the seafood is great. The wine list is reasonable. It was crowded and noisy. Plenty of parking. ash for the table by the window for more privacy.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and overall experience here during our recent visit to St. Michaels. There’s a very nice ambience-it has an intimate vibe in a setting that’s a mix of industrial and rustic chic. Nice menu with an emphasis on local ingredients. Half...More

Ever since the University Restaurant closed in Cambridge, we have been without a small, off the beaten path restaurant with innovative and delicious plates. We found it tonight-at a tiny crossroads in Royal Oak is the T! Started with a green tea martini, a fresh...More

This restaurant advertises well but did not live up to the hype on this visit. We took the Oxford Bellview ferry over to the tranquil little village of Royal Oak expecting a very nice evening. The first thing I noticed was that every vehicle on...More

Mr. Ballard, my staff and I consider "t" our home. As such, we are greatly upset when guests don't enjoy their experience. We are even more saddened if nothing is voiced during their meal while we still have an opportunity to rectify the situation. Instead,...More

If the service had not been so slow, I would have given them a 5. Had a nice dinner with friends on a Saturday night but they were short staffed, so we were at the restaurant forever! I had the pork chop, one of the...More

Tuesday is half price wine day. The food is always fresh and the service attentive but not obtrusive. All the dishes are very fresh and creative. The tea infused butter is wonderful.
