The interior of the restaurant is funky and hip. I ordered the pork belly bites for an appetizer. They had just the right of sauce and hit the spot. For an entree I ordered the filet. It came with mashed potatoes and a choice of asparagus or succotash. I selected the asparagus and substituted mashed sweet potatoes as my other side. The filet was cooked perfectly and the sweet potatoes were divine. Of course I ordered dessert: brownie sundae. The brownie was made from scratch. With each bite I could taste the dark chocolate shaved in the batter. It was a great way to end an evening with family. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal with friends at T. I discovered gluten free beer (red bridge) served in a chilled glass. The beef and barley soup started the meal fantastically, but the real star was the shrimp and grits...smooth and delicious like the polenta my mother used to make. I ended the evening with a wonderful creme brulee. Overall, a great meal at a great restaurant with great friends.

I had dinner on a Friday evening. I ordered the Caprese salad for my first course. It was excellent!! Fresh mozzarella layered between tomatoes that tasted as if they had been picked off the vine only hours before, all drizzled with balsamic vinegar and sprinkled with thin strip of fresh basil. Next came the entree: crab cakes topped with remoulade sauce, served with sides of creamy mashed potatoes and fresh green beans tossed in butter. The potatoes were heavenly! For dessert, I selected the warm brownie sundae topped with banana ice cream. The combination was divine, and the ice cream was locally made. Such a fabulous restaurant to dine with family and friends. I will definitely visit it again

We have been to the T several times and always had a great meal and experience. Unfortunately, this time we were very disappointed. I had the special pasta, which was supposed to come with shrimp. It came to the table without the shrimp. I had to flag down the waitress to let her know. They were very apologetic and after five plus minutes brought out the shrimp. Not a busy night, so I don’t know why this occurred. It would have been nice if they offered some small compensation, scoop of ice cream etc, but none we offered.
My wife had the chicken pot pie. It was so liquid they offered a spoon. There was very little chicken in the pot pie, mostly sauce with the pastry.
Service was fine overall, but the waitress should have notice there was no shrimp on the plate.

t at the General Store was recommended to us by a guest staying at our inn. What a terrific spot! There was a lively happy group at the bar where dinner can also be served. Lots of space in the comfortable easy going dining room. Service was excellent! The menu is wonderful, something for every appetite. My husband and I delighted in the Ahi Tuna appetizer, a gorgeous sparkling fresh and generous serving of perfectly fresh seared ahi over a delicious balsamic glaze with a wasabi drizzle and seaweed salad garnish.
I ordered the shrimp and grits which were expertly prepared. The sauce was hearty and well seasoned over perfectly cooked grits. My husband ordered the grilled Flat iron steak which came cooked to order (rare). It was juicy, tender and super flavorful. Served alongside was delectable Mac and cheese....melt in your mouth creamy pasta. And the excellent accompaniment was the broccolini, bright green with a wonderful light garlic flavor. It couldn't have been a better side to the meal.
We had the key lime cheesecake for dessert. It was sublime.
Can't wait to go back to this restaurant!

My wife and I enjoyed a terrific meal here on a recent Thursday night.
It’s located at a wide spot in the road to Royal Oak, easy to overlook as you zip along the main drag between Easton and St. Michaels.
The host/waiter/bartender was polite and professional. He was quick to take our cocktail order and help us choose from the tightly curated menu.
My salad was excellent and my wife loved the fresh gazpacho. “Like summer in a bowl”
The crab cakes were the best I had during our week at the Eastern Shore, sitting on a streak of a fresh green sauce that was delicious. The corn succotash on the side was outstandingly fresh and tasty.
My wife had the shrimp and grits - the red sauce was a flavor bomb and we used crusty bread to sop up every bite.
Creme brûlée dessert came to the table quickly and was outstanding.
T was very quiet when we dined, just two other tables. A memorable meal in a quaint little spot.

This place is a gem hidding in St Michaels.. First let me start with everything is local and super fresh! Amazing cocktails, the professor if you are a gin lover is a must! Tuna tartare is out of this world! So exquisite😍 service was on time and super friendly.. The chef would update the fish every week so make sure you ask about, there is a fish of the day entree that comes with veggies and starch, lucky me today came with mashed potatoes 😋
Also, red flag for tea lovers! They have an awesome tea selection that you must try! I'm taking some with me.. Can't way to try these awesome teas ❤️

I took my wife and granddaughter here for dinner and was so glad I did. We ordered the salmon, pork chop and duck breast and all three were absolutely amazing! The braised cabbage was so good we ordered an extra serving. To top it off we ordered dessert and the creme brulee and bread pudding were incredible! We all agreed it was the best food and service we have ever had! I highly recommend this amazing restaurant! We will definitely be back!

WATCH OUT. Dismissive, disrespectful, unapologetic. I made a reservation for my husband's birthday dinner via their website/Open Table. They had no record of the reservation (although I had a number and email) and no interest in accomodating. I was told it was Open Table's problem - they work for the restaurant not Open Table. For a birthday dinner! For a hospitality business, it was stunning. DO NOT PATRONIZE.

Allow me to clarify your review...open table is reservation service we and many other restaurants use for booking and advertising. I'm not sure what error happened during your reservation making process but i wonder if you made it for the correct restaurant or correct day? additionally if there was an error on opentables end then there is absolutely no way we could know about it. unfortunately in your situation it was a weekend and with no reservation for you in opentable and with all the tables being already reserved. we offered you seating at our bar and our large table in order to try and accommodate you but you refused. to act as if it is something we've done intentionally to you is ridiculous. when we are fully booked and a error made on your end resulted in you not having a reservation. we offered you what seating we had and cannot tell another customer to leave their table because it's your birthday. you need to contact open table with your issue as well. it is not something that is common but does happen time to time and we have no control over it. your repeated malicious reviews show only your pettiness and entitlement.

This was recommended by the Wades Point Inn where we’re staying. This was the best shrimp and grits that we’ve had in a long while! This was my husband’s birthday dinner so he had chocolate bread pudding with Kaluha and coffee ice cream! Susan is an excellent and personable waitress!

It had been a few years since we dined at T’s and it was long over due. That will not happen in the future. Everything was great from the cocktails to the dessert. Oysters were prepared perfectly. Grilled Chicken and grilled Pork Loin done just right. You can never go wrong with Ice Cream from Oxford. Our server was the excellent. Slightly off the beaten path but well worth it.

Great hidden gem! The shrimp and grits were fabulous. The cesar salad did not disappoint. Everything was delicious. I ate half of each so that I could have the creme brulee for dessert. Wow! It was the best I have had in a very long time. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The restaurant was full and the staff was friendly and attentive.

While visiting St. Michael's, my wife and I enjoyed a delicious dinner at the General Store. The menu provided good variety and the food was delicious. The wine list was quite affordable and our waitress was delightful and welcoming. What the restaurant lacks in atmosphere and decor is offset by a great kitchen and staff.

From the outside this place doesn’t look like much but once you step inside your impression will change dramatically. Definitely make a reservation on Open Table before going. Our brunch was very good. We had the skillet and pancakes. The side of bacon was generous. The highlight of our meal was the brownie dessert with ice cream. Delicious!
