We frequent the bar in the back for an app, a pizza and a beverage. Always an enjoyable time. We live locally and this is our go-to spot for a casual evening out.

I ate here on a Tuesday night. I thought it was a decent crowd for a Tuesday night. The place has a nice atmosphere, with two bars. I have had lots of olive appetizers, but never served warm like they do here, it was a large portion, beware this only for those that really enjoy olives!. The kale Caesar salad... More

Nice ambiance and variety of seating gave an eclectic feel to the place. Waitress was very attentive. Food was good, but dishes need a little refinement. We started with the Meze. Wasn't sure whether they were trying for middle eastern or Indian. The dips were tasty, but the bread was disappointing. They called it naan but closer to pita, and... More

In town for the waterfowl festival. We saw the number 1 ranking and heard from some locals to go so... Did not disappoint in the least. I imagine that on the weekend a reservation is a must. We sat overlooking the kitchen. If you are a foodie give it a go. VERY busy. Service was great. Food was fantastic. Kale... More

Come on in out of the cold and enjoy a warm and friendly staff and an incredible chef named Chris Berger. Oh and the dinner was amazing too! Healthy food and a show to boot. Request seating by the kitchen and watch Chris and his team prepare scrumptious duck confit, clam soup, home made fettuccine with goat cheese... about 10... More

We have been back to Out of the Fire several times, and our first was just an unfortunate bad waitress experience. Since then every meal and server has been top notch. The menu is not extensive, but there are always several excellent dishes to choose from as well as a pasta and pizza special. Wine list is also short, but... More

We had a nice dinner at Out of the Fire. My husband and I had had a big lunch, so we wanted something lite for dinner. Out of the Fire served our purpose well. This is a popular place in Easton, so reservations are recommended. Service was prompt and attentive, and the ambiance was relaxing and conducive to conversation. We... More

At Out of the Fire, one can get a wonderful meal, but the time spent is definitely a 'dining experience'. Absolutely my most favorite restaurant in Easton! For the food, service and atmosphere!

I don't often give places an excellent rating. In my opinion, excellence is a very high bar. However, Out of the Fire tops that bar. We were late calling for reservations and were given seats at the bar which was a fun place to sit. The bartender was excellent. We chose an Italian wine which was fabulous and the price... More
