House roast
Representing the beautiful coffee growing regions of Indonesia, central and south America. Our signature organic recipe yields an extraordinarily rich, complex cup. Full of body with hints of caramel and chocolate, this versatile bean is excellent prepared both as espresso or drip coffee.

French roast (dark chocolate)
Big, rich aroma and a dark bold character. This is a bolder, more robust cup of organic coffee. We feel very confident that the distinctive roast intensity of this bean will be loved by many “dark roast” drinkers.

House decaf
This is a true coffee drinkers decaf! Our house decaf comes directly from Peru and is decaffeinated using the swiss water process – washed rather than using artificial compounds and chemicals. This coffee features distinct notes of hazelnut with a bit of orange zest. Medium body with mild acidity.

Our signature logo on a ‘soft black’ tee. Design created by our jp Flexner – “the illest of illustrators”! Printed on the worlds most sustainable (and probably the most comfy!) t-shirt by ts designs

Rise up is mediocre at best. It stands out because of lack of competition. The staff is friendly but dim. I guess you can work at RU if you have a face piercing, tattoo and lack of education. I’ll stick with Dunkin Donuts coffee.

Rise up made for an excellent breakfast stop for a family group of four on a day's outing. Ordered and paid at the till. Breakfast sandwiches ready and waiting either for take out or quick seated eating. We chose to linger and order fresh cooked....More

Love the coffee and they have great, quick breakfast/lunch options. My favorite is the Rise-Up burrito. Did I mention the great coffee?!

Pretty good coffee shop. I recommend if you just want a nice place to hang out with friends and get a cup of coffee. The coffee was a good alternative to Starbucks with similar coffee/food options.

Lots of unique offerings on their small menu, but I defaulted to a bagel with cream cheese and bacon. Others had one of their fruit bowls and sausage plates. The coffee is king here, just like as in St. Michaels. Small ordering space that is...More
