Surprised that QCC served breakfast, four of our group bicycled over to it. One of the group had been there for ice cream multiple times and raved about it. Breakfast was pretty good, not great. Scrambled eggs were a bit dry and the English muffin was too lightly toasted. Latte was just fine. Baked goodies looked inviting.

We stopped in for lunch while visiting Cumberland. We ordered turkey Rueben, roast beef and egg salad. Everything was good except the egg salad. It was minced and only had mayo in it. The worst egg salad I have ever eaten. We all had sundaes for dessert. The excellent ice cream made me forget the sandwich. Butterfinger ice cream with... More

We stopped in after dinner for some ice cream and there were only four selections possible. We had two scoops: chocolate and creme de menthe. Both were delicious. We were staying in Cumberland and the creamery was recommended to us by folks who have been there on several occasions.

My friend and I had come here several times. It is a cozy, homey, interesting place to meet, close to other attractions, easy to find, great location. Very good food, great service.

Stopped here while driving on I-68 with my two sons. Time came for a rest stop and some food so we pulled off in Cumberland. Found this spot and it satisfied us all. Wide variety of food for even the pickiest of my boys. We also had milkshakes to round out the meal and they were great on a hot... More

This ice cream/coffee shop is a must for after dinner treats. There are only 3-4 choices however each is a special flavour which is very enjoyable. The flavours are pre determined and posted.

Usually get combo, love the egg salad. Love getting the mini cone with the entrees but often after eating it will go back to order a larger serving. Chocolate is my favorite but my husband always gets the flavor of the day.

I've been going to queen city since at least 2012, every time in in Cumberland. Great sandwiches, and I love the little serving of ice cream, and the juke box!

With the high reviews I was expecting something more. 3 of us ordered ice cream mine being a shake. The shake was like chocolate milk, I asked for some ice cream in place of it but they made me another shake. It was much better but still not as good as a chain restaurant like DQ. They also have a... More

Combination bakery, soda fountain and light meal restaurant in Cumberland Md. A long time favorite in area, popular for lunch, less so for dinner. Very good ice cream with generous servings and reasonable prices. Great place for bicyclists on the Great Allegany Passage to stop.

Thank Ronald E
