Nice looking restaurant and the staff were pleasant and friendly. We started with the duck fat fries and fried green tomatoes. The fries tasted fine but we're not crispy the tomatoes were cold and sent back. The next batch were much better but had a couple of cool spots. The soft shell crab salads were very good as was the... More

We came here last year for our anniversary, and did so again this year while visiting Cambridge. Another awesome meal--buffalo oyster starter, oh so good, went down very quickly! I built a burger--basically just a bacon-cheese-burger. Sounds plain, but not at High Spot. It was delicious and perfectly cooked, and I ate every bite of it. Hubby was happy with... More

Was here a few times over the past 2 years and then again a week ago and it still good. There are more burgers on the menu this time but that's ok, they still seve some of the best food in the area. And I love the ambiance, warm and friendly! The server behind the bar had a few challenges... More

I brought some friends in for lunch so they could try it. Great meal! My friend started with the cream of crab soup and declared it "the best ever"! The three of us shared the buffalo oysters, and once again, outstanding. The breading is very subtle, more of a batter than breading. The blue cheese dressing is divine. My friend's... More

The restaurant looks great! Very modern, warm, friendly staff. The menu looks great and everything sounds delicious. But the execution was really lacking. We were a party of 8 and had an easy order. 2 pulled pork sandwiches, 2 pork mac & cheese, 2 burgers, and 2 grilled chicken meals. And we got one of the chicken meals 10 minutes... More

We visited the Gastropub based on TripAdvisor recommendations and a quick perusal of the menu. Reservations suggested! The restaurant featured an extensive beer list as well as a half dozen eclectic craft beers on draft. The food menu had a wide variety. We chose the fish cakes as well as the fish tacos. All nicely presented and tasty. Only complaint...one... More

After a few days of hotel food we decided to explore the neighborhood for a restaurant that was both good and affordable. The menu is pretty good reasonably prices and above all excellent service. We were happy we found the place. One warning though, stay on the main streets since the neighborhood around the restaurant is a bit rough.

We stopped in last night and had some great food and micro brews. The service was slow both to get seated and served but worked out well. Very nice experience.

After leaving RAR brewery, we came here for dinner. It was late into the evening, but we were quickly seated, taken care of and I confronted with great choices on the menu. I had the crabcake and was not disappointed.

This is one of those places I'd like to keep going back to in order to try all the different temptations. I had the Heart Attack burger, which is a burger topped with 1 cm thick bacon slice and foie gras. Well played, High Spot, and well slayed.
