We returned to Le vieux logis with Kate Marwan zeina and Neyla and it was as good. Ann and Kate had streak sliced and rare. Marwan and I had Dover sole which was great. The only down side was the wine recommended by our server was not so good. Ann felt it was harsh and she has the best palate... More

It's like going back a few decades. They haven't grown with the times. There's French and then there's modern healthy French - more like Mediterranean French. It might be a thought for them to make some changes and update their menu.

La Vieux Logistics is downtowns best choice if it is French fare uou are looking for. The restaurant is warm and cozy and a nice place to dine and linger over outstanding and traditional dishes from France. Valet parking is available and garages nearby.

The restaurant is small and cozy, if one likes that type of feel. The decor is of an old European inn, a little charming. However, the tables are too close to enjoy a nice conversation. Can be loud, when crowded. We were there on a Friday eve, reservations suggested. They have a seemingly regular crowd of local folks in the... More

Menu is diverse Great fixed priced, 3 course (app, main and dessert) option for just $34 on Tuesday - Friday that is not restrictive and well worth the price. Otherwise appetizers or first course items start at $10 and main course in the mid 20s - high 30s. Dined there on a Friday night, 7pm rez, restaurant was packed by... More

Halibut a bit overdone. Leg of lamb good but not extraordinary. Rack of lamb very good. Desserts good, but again not extraordinary. Fried oysters excellent! Service is nice but you wait a while for it. Five main courses, four desserts, four appetizers/salads, two bottles of wine, a round of Kir royales for a total of $540. We enjoyed the meal... More

The rack of lamb Thursday night could not have been better; a quality product in experienced hands. The lamb was fork tender and cooked to perfection. The presentation gorgeous, always. Other dishes I have had recently included wild Alaskan salmon with fans of snow peas and gorgeous asparagus-- I believe I gasped when it was presented. To eat well one... More

I almost turned back when I saw the facade of this place- it looks tacky and run down. The place didn't look much better when I walked in but it's acceptable. But then the food came and I became happier immediately. I ordered the escargot and the duck a l'orange and both were perfect- especially the duck. I will be... More

Food was pretty good. Too bad service was studiously poor. The wait staff was lavishing attention on the table close to us. (Too close.) I, on the other hand, had to walk over to the knot of staff across the room two times in order to get my bill and have my credit card picked up, despite putting our coats... More
