Stopped in on an early Monday eve. Great COVID protocol w/ sanitizer before entering restaurant, tables blocked off to ensure physical distancing. Interior warm and inviting. Centerpiece is the wood-fired pizza oven. Emily, the hostess and server, was friendly and knowledgeable. Many specialty pizzas or...create your own. Other apps and entrees on the menu, including specials. Extensive wine list, good beers on tap and many bottled beers to choose from, as well as a full bar. We opted for pizzas and they were perfect! The crust had the right amount of char, toppings all fresh and the mozzarella was what one would expect in Napoli or NYC. Husband’s Allagash Tripel was delish as was my La Fiera. We finished with some of the best gelato we’ve ever had..made in house as are most of the desserts. Come see why Pizzeria da Marco is MoCo & Bethesda’s best!More

I sat at the bar and had apps drinks and pizza. Not only was food fantastic, both bartenders were super attentive, fun, (cute!), and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be back and HIGHLY recommend going there!

Our family group of four had dinner at Da Marco. We shared a large Mediterranean salad and we each ordered a different pizza from the list of somewhat unique toppings and shared so we could sample the different toppings. They were all really good as...evidenced by the fact that we finished all of them. It's not your average pizza place and would recommend giving it a try.More

The Caponata Siciliano is delicious and I may order one of my own next time! I'm not a big pizza eater but folks I was with ordered a second one, so must be good!

With about 15 pizzas to choose from, one of Da Marco's signature Neapolitan pizzas should hit the spot. We love the sweet taste of the crust and the brick oven style fare. The restaurant is spacious and updated -- unlike some other restaurants in old...Bethesda -- and has about 10 outdoor tables on the front patio to enjoy the weather. We prefer Frankly Pizza in Kensington, but Da Marco offers a more open dining experience.More

The service was great. We shared the Burrata salad and Americano pizza. Just the perfect amount of food for two people. Parking is close by.

Expected a small pizzeria and found a large and pleasant dining space with tablecloths. A group of friends frequent this conveniently located spot every week as the venue is pleasant, allows for conversation, food is authentic Neopolitan, and the wine list has a wide range...of unusually fine wines not available in most Italian restaurants, On Wednesdays these fine bottles of wine are half price! Best of all for me, the owner, Alessandro, was very kind and modified the salad I ordered to meet my low sodium restriction. It was beautifully presented and very tasty. Another friend on a different dietary regimen also received a wonderful salad that was more than satisfying. Wait staff were all attentive and filling glasses and checking on the patron's individual needs. Will return for sure!More
