I agree with the previous reviews. This place has character. There is lots of garlic, great chef, great views and definitely be sure to bring your own wine. You can see surfers on the beach occasionally. It is an experience. Be sure to book your table.

We've been here three times. Small place, low ceilings, and very noisy but fun! Each time was different, but extremely good. Mimmo himself recommended several dishes and each was superb. The mussels marinara are incredible, portions are huge. Every dish personnally made and delivered with style. Love the place, nice view of the ocean and the lighthouse from the front.... More

We have been going to Mimmo's for 20 years. Love the heavy smell of garlic when you walk in. It is a BYOB place, so the prices are higher. You make it what it what you want. Mimmo himself is a character and use to walk around getting tastes of everyone's wine. I haven't seen that lately, which we miss.... More

Great food within walking distance of the anchorage, where we stayed. BYOB and staff reminds you of this when you make reservations. Owner is very friendly. Great place.

You have to bring you're own wine as they do not serve liquor but that's ok. The place is very quaint and the owner is very friendly goes around and talks to everybody.

Delightful Italian restaurant. Good food, fair prices, reasonable service. It's crazy to dine there on weekends as it's the only good place to eat, but worth the wait.

It is a very typical family run Italian restaurant. We were greeted by the owner and he did not mind having 4 generations at the tables. Nice decor wether a couple or family. We were well treated and there was plenty of food for the price. The garlic bread was great! the waitress who served us was very nice and... More

We were looking forward to our meal and we were not disappointed. Even for a Wednesday night, the restaurant was fairly crowded so I’m glad we remembered to make a reservation. The owner Mimmo, who is now 84 years old, was present. While he does not do much cooking he greets customers and works the tables with the servers. There... More
