We had lunch at MERRILAND FARMS today. I had the soup and 1/2 sandwich. The clam chowder and haddock Reuben. The half sandwich was the size of a full sandwich anywhere else. My wife had a Cobb salad with a chicken breast so large we took a full half breast home. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We also purchased some... More

I've been to Merriland Farms for breakfast for a number of years and never been disappointed in the quality of the food. Merriland sits in the midst of a working blueberry farm which provides fresh blueberries and raspberries for its tea breads, pancakes, and French toast making for superb and flavorful breakfast experience. The tea bread is usually served warm... More

Our family has had dinner here on our last 3 vacations to Wells. I don't recall our first visit in detail but I thought it was good. I did not enjoy the meal I had last year. It was haddock, I think, with a cheddar cheese sauce. It was very dry and very bland tasting. Quite disappointing. Our last experience... More

A friend told me to check out this place for breakfast. It is a few miles off of busy route one and it feels like another world. This farm turned golf course and cafe is lovely and peaceful. We sat outside on the patio. They serve th most amazing breakfast entrees, many of them featuring their wild blueberries. I had... More

This is a must do! Beautiful grounds, great breakfasts and wonderful light morning eye openers. Try the cranberry Pinot Noir fizz. It's worth the drive. And prices are reasonable for the whole experience.

Had the bacon and coconut shrimp wrap. Delicious! Sides were great but not bountiful. It was plenty of food though and done well. Prices were reasonable.

Really liked my french toast covered with fruit and whipped cream. They do have a wide variety on the menu. We basically had the pancakes, French toast, crepes. There is stuffed blueberry French toast that really tasted good. You'll need a nap after the meal.

Merriland Farm Cafe serves dinner two days a week in the summer (Friday and Saturday). We were picking up a pie there last week and made a reservation. I had been here for lunch before, but forget about the restaurant as it's not on the beaten path, but located on a lovely road just off Route 1. Dinner was great.... More

Found Merriland farm café on line. Could not be happier! We went for breakfast and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere so much that we made reservations for dinner. Our waitress was so very helpful and friendly. We had wanted to eat outdoors but she suggested we make reservations for indoors in case of a storm. She was right, there... More
