We have been to many areas around the World, but always return to Maine. We enjoy all the quaint towns and speciality places to eat. Egg and I we seem to return to every year. If you like your eggs over easy, go here, they seem to be the only restaurant that can do it properly. If you want your... More

Imagine someone cheerfully fixing you breakfast exactly as you want it. Eggs as you wish, sides as you want them, drinks as you request and quickly too. No wonder there are lines out front waiting to get in for breakfast. Go early and enjoy the specialties, which we're told are eggs Benedict, omelets any way, muffins. I had the poached... More

We were warmly welcomed and service was prompt and friendly. The highlight was the delicious food....the best eggs benedict I have ever had. This destination is... More

We went here (a group of four) on a busy Saturday morning - it had been recommended by friends, so despite the long line we decided to wait. I don't know how they do it, but I don't think we waited ten minutes! It would have been worth a long wait though ... EXCELLENT food, huge portions, very friendly staff.... More

Delicious food, huge portions. I had one version of eggs benedict. Perfectly cooked with a delicious side of lightly seasoned home fries. We would go there for breakfast everyday.

We went to Wells, ME for our honeymoon in 2005! We just stumbled onto this place and decided to give it a go. They asked us if we knew what we wanted and when I said, No, that this is our first time here and we're on our honeymoon. The waitress made an announcement about it being our honeymoon everyone... We had breakfast here while in Maine this summer. It was amazing. The hash was to DIE for! My granddaughter who is two just loved it and the staff was very nice (and patient)! It is busy, and you will probably have to wait, but the efficient staff keeps things moving along and besides - you want to get on... More
