Morse's is a weird place with some excellent food and service. We stick to the superb reubens so I can't comment on the other menu items.

My Dad and I stopped here last Saturday after hearing from his co-worker how good it was. We've been wanting to try it a few times but either arrived after they closed or we'd just missed lunch hour. Never tried German food and this was by far the best meal I've had at any restaurant. Ordered spaetzle with Jager schnitzel... More

We had a reuben (just fair) with Rotkraut (not even fair) and spretzle ( poorer than any we've had in Germany. Compared to our last visit a year or 2 ago, which was outstanding, this time was mediocre. Service was great as always and we love the little booths.

Open for brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Open every day for lunch! Fine old- fashioned German-American cuisine with all homemade condiments, pickles, sauerkraut and Schaller and Weber cold cuts and cheeses; only the finest! World's best Reuben sandwiches on fabulous breads. Not to be beat.

What a Find! We were told about this great place by friends who used to live in the area - I dont think we would have discovered it! We had Reubens - mine turkey, his corned beef. Delicious, served warm with the wonderful sauerkraut, potato salad and crunchy pretzel. Couple of different mustards on the table only added to it.... More

Great dishes if you like Germanic influence and flavors mixed with the American. Pickles and sandwiches made me VERY HAPPY. The grocery/deli next door makes it even more attractive to the customer. Wonderful selection of items. Expensive for the average income, but well worth occasional visits and meals. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Smoked pork chops Kassler Ripchen), several kinds of wursts (no Nurnburger bratwurst though), cheeses, pickles and, obviously, sauerkraut. All of it was good. We had the smoked pork chop (excellent) and Viener Schnitzle (just OK). All the sides were up to par. Bought some spaetzle in a package since we have little luck on our own making it. Lots of... Morse's Sauerkraut makes it's own mild-flavored sauerkraut, which is, apparently, filled with probiotics. They are known for their Reubens, which are terrific. They also have a food shop which is filled with European delicacies. It's a great place to have lunch and pick up some foods you've never seen before.

The restaurant had great German style food and the best reuben sandwich I ever had! The attached shop had an amazing selection of specialty food items.
