Really well located pub in the beautiful Hambleden valley. You can walk several ways from the pub with very little road work but be prepared for some hills (views are worth it!). Land lady and staff were really friendly and the food was fab. Dogs...More

We had a lovely dinner here, great ambiance and delicious food: fillet steak frittes and pheasant with dauphinois. Service was very attentive too and fair decent price. We totally recommend it.

Went for evening meal, had Prawns pil pil ;ots of chilli/garlic, then Lamb shank mint mash, parsnip and kale, also Steak Fat fries peppercorn sauce to be followed by Parfit of honeycombe with chocolate shard on top, food was fab thank you
