Love the historical, old world pub feel of this cafe. We came in at 1:30 pm for lunch, and the place was still very busy. Could only find a seat at the bar, which we don't usually do, but found quite nice. My Haddock sandwich...More

When picking out a restaurant I usually look at the worst reviews first. Most responses from proprietors usually are the canned verbiage "thank you for your input...sorry you were disappointed...we'll try to do better" b.s. The owner of the Dry Dock, however, tells it like...More

We had been on an elongated vacation and we're looking for a restaurant that that had more than fried food. We have a gift certificate and friends reported they had good steaks. We went on a Friday early evening. We had a table for two...More

Were sorry this did not work out for you. From your review there was nothing you liked about us, from the other patrons to our food. Your visit was not recent. To with start all our oysters are from Blue Hill Bay, just a few...More

Was trying to choose between Upper Deck, Seafood Ketch and Cafe Dry Dock but when I read the reviews, I chose Dry Dock. It did not disappoint. Had a great waitress (Barb I think). Started with warm garlic bread. Ordered one of the specials -Haddock...More

Burgers were very good. Fish tacos were amazing! Blueberry Margaritas were good. Ambiance was very nice! Service was good; it was busy. We would return!

Didn't expect that this would be our best dinner during recent vacation in MDI/Acadia. It's a small place in southwest harbor, not on the water, but in town. Seems like every restaurant/lobster pound in this area is a bit quirky and this was no exception....More

Third trip to this area. Three times to Cafe Dry Dock. Nice bar, good selection of beer and wine. Lazy mans lobster really good and their scallops are great. Waitresses always friendly and knowledgeable. Forget the crowds in Bar Harbor. Thumbs up, will be back.

We stopped here and enjoyed a cup of their home made seafood chowder and their fish tacos. They were both excellent!

There are 2 dining rooms, one more upscale and one more casual, but the menu is the same. The menu has variety (soup, salad, sandwiches, pasta ) and is mainly based around seafood. Great ambiance. The service is fantastic too.
