Very "Maine Seafood Restaurant" Food very good (seafood), plentiful and reasonably priced. Located a little off the beaten track, but worth the effort to find it. Right on the shore, no frills but decorated if seafaring theme. Staff friendly and efficient

Had dinner with the wife. Oysters were good and the selection of beer was good as well. Got the "Bucket" of beer, 4 different beers for about 1/2 the menu price. Food was really good, I had the Shell Fish baked in a casserole with Cajun seasoning, wife had the lobster. Even took home a strawberry short cake, but didn't... More

Small restaurant with table service. Menu had many seafood options but also quite a few salads and other options for non seafood eaters. FRESH seafood!! Beautiful view of the bay with working boats moored. Service friendly and quick but I would imagine summer would be vastly different!!

My wife and I went here the other night based on reviews from others. We pulled into the parking lot and thought we had gotten lost until we saw the sign the said restaurant around back. We went a little bit later at night so it was fairly quiet but still somewhat busy. Great view from the deck, helpfully and... More

I could not get enough of this place. We went twice during our family vacation here. Can't beat two lobster meals for $21.95...! During high season, go early enough if you want a seat inside. It was a little chilly when we ate outside. You do get a good view of the lobster boats coming back in with their catch... More

Rising Tide quickly became our favorite place for lunch or dinner. We managed to have two lunches, and had a couple join us for dinner. My favorite was the fried whole belly clams. Second favorite was the fried haddock sandwich. I noticed many customers enjoying the mussels. They have specials and we tried the baked haddock. Super large portions are... More

We went to the Rising Tide on the recommendation of the innkeeper at the Atlantic Birches Inn. The restaurant is located right on the water and is very basic which adds to the atmosphere. We were there for dinner and got the last table by a window. The lobster and steamer dinner included generous sides of onion rings and coleslaw.... More

We have eaten here the past two years. They have a twin lobster dinner for approximately $23.95. Since it was reasonable priced we decided to go back again this year while in OCB. I ordered the 1-1/4 lobster dinner with coleslaw & FF. As I was eating the coleslaw, I found a clear colored thread it in. At first I... More
