We eat here several times a year. Mostly for breakfast with a large group. Food is good and if busy the service can be a little slow.

Such a good breakfast! Made fresh! Order cinnamon rolls! I love the French toast and home fries. I've never had lunch

I admit it - we were lost and looking for an early breakfast after a night of camping in the Maine Highlands. Our G PS brought us to a handful of closed and even vacant restaurants and then we found the Sunrise. It's a friendly family run place and clearly depends on repeat local business and the reasonably priced specials... More

My family have been going to Sunrise Bakery in St. Albans for over a decade. Their pancakes, especially the Blueberry pancakes are legendary. Annie the owner has told us she has a secret recipe! Their breads are made from scratch as are their pies and cookies. You might have to be patient to get your meal, sometimes they are quite... More

Vacationing at Great Moose Lake nearby, we were advised by the previous guest to try this establishment know for huge cinnamon cross buns. We were all excited as we love hot cross buns. First of all we almost drove right past it as the sign for the joint is very small. We entered and realized right away this was a... More

Always hit this place for breakfast when I visit my sister in St. Albans Maine. Their bacon and sausages are delicious and their homemade rolls are great to go (when they aren't sold out). Limited hours and days of operation, but a great place for breakfast or home cooked dinners.

The roll was freshly-baked and toasted. It was filled with white meat turkey salad, which almost no one has--I am always on the lookout for it. Reasonably-priced, unassuming place that we will definitely visit again, when next in the area.

Wife and I stopped for lunch and had a decent homemade meal. I had the kielbasa sandwich, which was surprisingly made on a homemade roll, grilled just right. It was very good. I also had the onion rings which tasted funny for some reason. I'm pretty sure they were cooked in the same fryer used to fry fish, but there... More

This is our regular breakfast place. The breakfasts are great. I really love the bacon. The waitresses are always friendly and are like old friends now.
