We have gone to the Brass Compass for many years every summer. The food is great, the portions enormous and the muffins can't be beat! All the locals go there so you know it is the best!

I had lunch here with business associates. The food was very good. The waitress was on top things and very pleasant talk too. I will definitely eat here again.

Always good here. Homemade white bread like my mother used to make. The home fries - awesome. Eggs cooked perfectly. Companion had lobster benedict, she was very satisfied! Waitress was great, friendly and gave us good service.

Seeing that this cafe was the winner of a Bobby Flay throwdown, we stopped on our way to Acadia National Park. The Lobster Club was spectacular!! Highly recommend! Also got the Cajun haddock corn tacos. Very good! Stop if u r in area.

The restaurant is long and narrow, with an open cooking area staffed by younger cooks. The carpet needed vacuuming and opened packs of rolls were in full view. The fried clams were not well-cooked and the 'hand cut' fries were limp and undercooked as well.

I have gone to Brass Compass dozens of times for their Lobster Club Sandwich. It is the perfect lunch. However I only just went for Breakfast, yesterday. I must say the biscuits and Gravy were some of the best I have had, especially this far north! I had 2 fried eggs with corned beef hash as well, and it was... More

Huge menu! We are stuffed! The blueberry pancakes were fluffy rounds of happiness filled with layers of blueberries. The meat lovers omelet was huge, loaded with meat. Excellent! Best we have had in town!

I accidentally found this place and lucky that I did! This restaurant won a Bobby Flay challenge for their King Lobster club! I did not try the club this time but I did try their pesto scallop flat bread and it was delicious!

Enjoy a delightful breakfast of eggs hashbrowns and multigrain toast, or the breakfast sandwich with sausage eggs Swiss cheese spinach and tomato on seven grain bread. Everything was delicious.

WOW! We walked by this place and decided to stop in for breakfast. Get the Mermaids Fritatta. It was amazing. Shrimp, scallops, fish with a Bearnaise sauce over eggs. Absolutely delicious. The kids had huge pancakes and my husband had scrambled eggs. Quick service, the menu selection is quite large, something for everyone.Cute little place inside, we ate out on... More
