Off season, so there were no lines, but still plenty packed. We did the Fried Winter Point Oyster Buns. Which were sweet!

We ate here the last night of our trip. It was pricey, but good! Hubby got a dozen oysters, one from each location in Maine. He loved it and his favorite was the oyster from Portland waters. To share, we got the fried pollock (delicious),...More

I came in to grab some raw oysters to kill some time before I had to meet some friends. I sat up at the bar and watched the hum of the restaurant. I loved that it was a little neighborhood place, that many people may...More

The ambiance and service are lacking and the wait overall isn’t worth it. They have some good dishes on the menu but nothing so creative or inventive that sets them way apart from other local spots. Yeah, the lobster roll is good but I’d prefer...More

It's been four years since we were last here. The lines in the summer were always around the block. In the winter - no waiting. Had the opportunity to sample six different varieties of local oysters, two of each. They are all farmed now. I...More

We went after a bad snowstorm hit and the restaurant was still packed! Definitely worth going out it in the cold for the oysters. We tried an assortment, all delish! Also tried the ceviche, I think it was amberjack, and it went very quick! Yummy...More

There is outside seating. But I didn’t notice any dogs or water bowls. But I may have missed them. Overall, Portland is super friendly to dogs. I’d be surprised if they didn’t accommodate them.
