Enjoyed visiting the original US Dobra Tea as I have been to 3 others. Lovely as usual. Great tea selection. Enjoyed hibiscus on a warm day. Kids enjoyed chai.

I love perusing the lengthy tea menu at Dobra. Everything I've ever tried has been delicious. Service, however, can be quite slow. They request that guests ring a little bell to call for service, which feels a little strange but ok. However, I've gone in a few times an not been greeted/given the bell, and so had to wait forever... More

After walking all over downtown Portland we were ready for an afternoon break and luckily fell into this delightful tea house. It's charming and peaceful inside, the menu is like a guidebook of tea and Jeanette our server was friendly and informative. They actually steep the tea from last leaves and give you extra hot water to make your own... More

We wanted to try something different other than beers in Asheville. The sign said boba tea serve here. So, we gave it a try. When I ask if they have taro or jackfruit, they said no, we have Jasmine or green tea. No taro or jackfruit flavour bubble or boba tea was a dead give away!! However, the staffs were... More

We really enjoyed our visit to the Dobra Tea House, and enjoyed looking through all of the tea-- dozens and dozens of options. However, that's one of my issues with places like these: with so many tea options, the patron has no idea which teas are the freshest, and sometimes you feel bad if you pick the wrong choice. I... Very relaxing and Eastern culture'd. Love the teas and atmosphere. The one in Asheville, NC is the best in the country though.

I was in Maine for a few months in 2015 living around 2 hours away from here. But at least 3 times a month, me and friends would make the trip to come here and chill for a few hours. The staff are very friendly, the amount of teas available and the different range of types of tea is unquestionably... More

I had a mint tea and a pu'er tea on my visit, and they were both simply delicious! Perfectly steeped, just the right temperature, and a very smooth taste. The atmosphere inside the tea house was splendid, quiet and soothing with a soft, warm color scheme. There are sitting areas that demand shoeless feet, and books and oriental ornaments adorn... Just out doing a few errands, stopped for a hot tea. First time visiting. Wonderful selection of tea, properly prepared. Casual, share a space with another couple as all the tables where occupied. Delightful conversation

They had a great food selection and teas. The food is great more than enough for a lunch. I had the mezze plates, cucumber salad, and miso soup. Yummy not bad for a teahouse. They also have your standard tea scones as well. Service was good and fast. Only gripe I had is that it might be hard to find... More
