My husband and I stopped here before touring Allagash brewery. We had some of the best seafood of our trip here. And the cook in the kitchen singing along to Justin Timberlake also made me smile. Bring cash, or stop at the nearby liquor store to hit up the ATM.

I was visiting town. This place looked promising from their website and the Yelp listing. I wish I had read the Tripadvisor ratings. I have a strict policy that if a restaurant doesn't accept credit cards, they get an automatic 1 star rating. Their website does not state "Cash or Local Check ONLY". That sign is only once you step... More

The great reviews are well deserved. Best lobster roll I've had in a long time. And I grew up eating lobster. Fisherman's Grill is off the main tourist area. The building is nondescript with some benches out front. No alcohol, but there is a beer/wine store down the street where you can get some of you want. I got the... More

We were traveling through Maine and saw an opportunity to eat lobster at this location that I had seen recommended in a couple of food network shows and trip adviser. Let me first tell you the seafood was extremely fresh. But we ordered the house specialty which was lobster role, it was served on a grilled hot dog bun a... More

Fabulous, excellent, wonderful, Lobster roll was a 10+. Worth every penny. I never thought I could over-lobster but I almost did. Great clam strips, no atmosphere, cash only, Don't miss this little hole in the wall.

Called for reservation for 6,got there on time. Location wasn't that impressive but boy did we get surprised by their food! My husband and I ordered the jumbo lobster roll and seared sea scallop and it was the best we had so far since we started our 10 day Maine coast adventure. Highly recommended.

If my review started with words like "dive" "overpriced" "inconveniently located" and "surly staff" you'd probably run away as fast as you could. Right? DON'T Make a beeline to Fishermen's Grill as fast as you can. This is hands down the heavyweight champion of lobster rolls. My visit today was less a lunch destination and more of a Lobster pilgrimage.... More

A stop on the lobster roll trail, we found this place and had to go. We got there and split a lobster roll and order of scallops. Lobster roll 5/5. The scallops....HOLY MOLY! They were so good! Small Place, four tables, cool vibe. A must stop for seafood!!

My wife, daughter, and I went her just for lobster rolls. Seemed expensive - $80 for three med-sized rolls and 2 drinks - but I just had another in NYC at a reputable place for about the same price, 1/2 the size, and not nearly as good. Seriously almost too much lobster but it was very fresh and flavorful. And... More

Awesome food! Super fast! The lobster roll was excellent! Next time I will order the biggest one and ask for a second bun ($1.00) to share with my husband. Our son's each got different meals and each enjoyed their as well. We weren't going to go in once we saw the place, but read the reviews that said how great... More
