This is binge worthy pizza. Mostly for take out but there's a tiny windowless alcove to eat in. Thick crust, cakey, lovely tomato sauce and some nice salty crunch to the dough. P.S. Freezes very well too. Solid north end worthy Italian deli and market too.

Even when bought at 4:00 pm from slices that had been sitting under warming lights, the pizza was delicious. Sure it would be even better if hot from the oven

Just like in little italy in NYC and Boston, this is the quintessential Italian grocery. The aroma in here is just delightful. Lots of Italian specialty foods and in house foods for take home. A lovely place to visit off the beaten track of the tourist packed Seaport district.

What awesome smells as soon as you walk in the front door, they bake bread, have great Sicilian pizza, and other sandwiches. Wines, olive, meats, fresh mozz, and so so much more.

We cannot visit Portland without stopping at Micuccis. The fresh pizza is so delicious. Their mozzarella is amazing and all of their Italian foods to cook feel like home!

If your a fan of local ethnic grocery stores, Micucci Grocery is your kind of place! However my reason for visiting was not to go Grocery Shopping, it was to taste the SLAB! My fiancé prefaced our visit by telling me that it is in her top two favorite pizzas. Funny thing is she's typically more into NY style pizza... More

Micucci's, a family owned and operated store, has been operating in Portland for as long as I can remember. It's wonderful to see that they continue to thrive. The store offers the full Cento's line of specialty Italian foods, a full deli, wine, fresh produce and prepared meals. And no one should leave without one or more of their delicious... More

Micucci is my all-time favorite Portland institution. Where else can you get fresh bread, meats direct from Italy, fresh pasta, Lavazza coffee, spices in bulk, wine, and an amazing slab of, well, slab?! Their take on pizza (but please don't think that's what it is) is the perfect midday hangries-killer. Never too filling, and always just what your mouth wanted.... More
