Tried this restaurant while visiting with friends in Portland. I had salad and the cucumber and avocado sushi. Both were very good. I think the restaurant is more known for its ramen soups that others all around me were eating and looked wonderful. Service was great. Waitress was very nice and helpful. This is a restaurant where both couples and... More

The food was delicious and unfussy, and the service was excellent. Can't ask for more than that. I especially loved the chicken gyoza.

I loved my Paiman ramen, the food was great but the service was less than impressive. We ordered edamame with our drinks and didn't receive it until after we got our food (after we asked about it). Our server was sweet but never checked on us.

Delicious Ramen with a really nice broth. We also tried the brussels sprouts and boy those were tasty. I never like brussle sprouts but definitely a fan of theirs. We also had some of their rolls and thought it was okay. But definitely go for the ramen, brussel sprouts and their drinks.

Tried to get in on Sunday but had a half hour wait at 9:30pm! Took that as a good sign and returned Monday for dinner. The spicy tuna roll was tasty, though it seemed odd to add almonds on top. The noodle bowls were large and tasty though heavy on the scallions with fatty meat (pork belly and loin). I... More

The "Pai Tan" ramen is a popular dish and it's broth is certainly very good. The Kim Chi beef ramen was disappointing. The Pork buns were delicious! We waited at least 30 mins to be seated, so go early.

Not only great food - the Brussel Sprouts are the best for apps - but great staff and interesting selection of local and international beers!

I felt the ramen was poor quality and overpriced. There were some positives. Our waitress was friendly, the sushi we ordered as a side was quite nice and the choice of music was good. None of that could make up for the blandness of the ramen. I could forgive it if it were cheaper but for the price I expected... More

This is a really nice local hotspot to eat. The weather was great so we ate outside. The outside seating is small but cozy but that was no problem because everyone was very friendly and it is always nice to meet new people while traveling. We had the kimchi ramen and a sushi roll both were good but the ramen... More

We visited for dinner on a Friday night and were able to get right in. Our server quickly took our drink order and reviewed the menu with us since it was our first time visiting. They had a great local craft beer selection which was a very nice surprise. We ordered some drinks and appetizers (brussel sprouts, shrimp and ginger... More
