Food and service were good. The seating is on picnic-style tables and benches, so if you are a small party, be prepared to share your table.

Went here with my sister and broher in law. Thought the food should be good,,,,,,,,WRONG. I had fish and chips and got haddock nuggets. The haddock had no taste and portion was small for the price. My Brother-in-law had the captain's platter and had the same comment. He got only 3 scallops about 4 haddock nuggets and said they had... More

This is a great casual waterfront restaurant. The service was good especially during the height of a busy summer weekend. Excellent seafood! Picnic tables.

The Dip Net is in a spectacular location on the dock in Pt. Clyde. It has at times in the past been very good, but the quality this year is nothing special. It appears the only fresh seafood comes in the form of a boiled lobster. We ordered the lobster melt. Unfortunately, it was served without the cheese having melted.... More

I can only give my opinion for appetizers & drinks, as that's all we had mid-afternoon after a puffin cruise. The beer & drinks were cold and tasty. We shared a hummus dip with fresh, crisp veggies and it was large as well as delicious. Our server was efficient and pleasant. Beware though of the seagulls that are just watching... More

The food at this restaurant was nothing special. The service was terrible. We watched a seagull eat a customer's order when the staff left their food unattended on a table. If you are prone to sunburn wear sunscreen as not all the table are in the shade.

My husband had dinner and lunch here while staying nearby. You are steps from the dock and you have your choice of sitting under a happy, yellow awning or full on outside. You sit on picnic tables. Dinner for both was the steamed lobster dinner. It was a fun, delicous mess with a view that took my breath away. Friendly... More

The service was pretty slow. The food in some cases was good, others didn't like their items. The one everyone liked? Blueberry bbq wings. Sounds odd, but they were delicious! Lobster mac and cheese is not recommended. Salmon was good. The views are awesome. You sit on picnic tables, so if mobility on sitting on one is problematic, you should... More

This is a moderately priced outdoor restaurant overlooking Port Clyde Harbor. The lobster roll was amazing and I haven't found an equal. Local craft brews are also available.

Good food and service with an excellent view of the harbor and piers. They have fresh seafood and live lobsters in an antique bath tub. I would return.

Thank Woods T
