exactly what you would want - friendly, busy, fast place with outrageously good breakfast sandwiches, great lunch choices, baked goods and sticky buns, coffee....local institution, nothing but great things to say. Don't miss it.

Best coffee and breakfast sandwiches on the island! They had something for everyone in our family, which isn’t an easy feat! Food was hot, delicious and quick! We enjoyed the ride to mainland with yummies!

The coffee shop on the island, at least near the ferry. Smallish and often busy, the cinnamon buns are worth the wait. Also had a really good bacon, egg and cheese.

When you pretty much have a monopoly on breakfast in an area, you could let things slide a bit and just be adequate. Peaks Cafe goes beyond that and provides nice breakfast items at a fair price- and the service is friendly and caring. You...More

I came in here on a cold day after biking around the island. The owner was so kind to talk to, the food was good and afforded, and it was a cozy place to spend some time. I got the clam chowder with a croissant...More

An island classic. Hot coffee, great variety of baked goods (I have a family member obsessed with their blueberry muffins), tasty sandwiches, and a unique chowder. Amazing what they crank out in such a small space. Plus fun gifts and Peaks souvenirs.

I am pretty sure they stop breakfast; I think by 11:00 or 11:30. I only have an opinion about this because I heard the person behind the counter tell someone that they were too late for breakfast.
