The coffee and cinnamon rolls are absolutely worth the ferry ride over, even if that’s all you do. 100000% best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had, it was like magic, the peaks blend coffee is a great medium roast. Just well done all the way around.

Peaks island is pretty small (4 miles around to be exact) once we finished biking for an hour we looked for a place to stop in for a drink and this was it! The staff was SO FRIENDLY and the drinks definitely hit the spot-...also there is WiFi here!More

exactly what you would want - friendly, busy, fast place with outrageously good breakfast sandwiches, great lunch choices, baked goods and sticky buns, coffee....local institution, nothing but great things to say. Don't miss it.

Best coffee and breakfast sandwiches on the island! They had something for everyone in our family, which isn’t an easy feat! Food was hot, delicious and quick! We enjoyed the ride to mainland with yummies!

The coffee shop on the island, at least near the ferry. Smallish and often busy, the cinnamon buns are worth the wait. Also had a really good bacon, egg and cheese.

When you pretty much have a monopoly on breakfast in an area, you could let things slide a bit and just be adequate. Peaks Cafe goes beyond that and provides nice breakfast items at a fair price- and the service is friendly and caring. You...can tell when they greet people by name- including me on our third day going in for egg and cheese sandwiches and bagels, along with their fabulous cinnamon rolls- one is big enough for two. They also have lunch sandwiches, but we did not go there for lunch at any time. I would imagine you would find the same good food and good company. Definitely a must-visit for a quick bite.More

I came in here on a cold day after biking around the island. The owner was so kind to talk to, the food was good and afforded, and it was a cozy place to spend some time. I got the clam chowder with a croissant...and it was fantastic! I would recommend to others!More

We went here to pick up something for breakfast before we took the ferry back to Portland. They were all great! A wonderful variety of danishes as well as breakfast sandwiches were delicious. You can also find some souvenirs here as well. Place your order...at the bar and you'll be called when your order is ready.More

An island classic. Hot coffee, great variety of baked goods (I have a family member obsessed with their blueberry muffins), tasty sandwiches, and a unique chowder. Amazing what they crank out in such a small space. Plus fun gifts and Peaks souvenirs.

We stopped here for lunch while visiting the island. Small, quaint shop that had a variety of choices for breakfast/brunch/lunch. The food was good. The inside was crowded due to the amount of people in line. They do have a few tables inside, but they...have picnic tables outside overlooking the water.More

As soon as we got off the ferry in Peaks Island we headed to Lisa's cafe. The cinnamon rolls are soft and delicious. Coffee is okay. Worth a stop if you are on the island.

Had a great lunch here, highly recommend. The backyard ocean view picnic benches with toy diggers for our younger family members to play with kept them while quiet while we enjoyed our lunch. Perfect.

The only food available this time of year, everything else was closed. Really quaint shop with counter service for breakfast or lunch. Cook/server very nice. Great food! Store is a little crowded.

I am pretty sure they stop breakfast; I think by 11:00 or 11:30. I only have an opinion about this because I heard the person behind the counter tell someone that they were too late for breakfast.
