I had the Chicken Burrito and Carne Asada street taco. My wife got the BBQ pork bowl and a haddock taco, rounded it out with a couple of Margaritas which were fantastic. This was our first time trying the place but we will be back...soon!More

Ordered take out from here on a recent visit to the area and was very impressed. I ordered online and when I arrived a few minutes later, our food was ready and our order perfect. The place was fairly busy and the staff was professional...and welcoming (and very generous with sauces, etc.). All the food was fresh and delicious, including a burrito pollo, taco gringo, and taco carnitas. The mango pico de gallo was especially delicious. So glad we found this place. Will definitely return.More

The best of Mexican you will find in Old Orchard Beach, ME. Tried two burrito bows, carnitas and bbq. Both were very tasty. Good portions at a fair price.

We have gotten burritos to go several times since they opened and also recently during the COVID. They are absolutely delicious. Their salsa is totally different -- spicy rich and flavorful. We got the Camarones (butterflied shrimp) which were delicious. Excellent flan. Try it you'll...like it!!More

While on vacation, we decided to place a takeout order with this restaurant for lunch one day. I used their website to place my online order: a kid's quesadilla, a chicken burrito, a veggie burrito, chips and salsa and guacamole. The order was ready a...few minutes past when expected - no biggie. From what I could see, the kitchen staff was all wearing masks as well as the cashier. The food was delicious. The portions were adequate.More

So excited to have this little gem in Old Orchard Beach. Been to Mexico a dozen times and was transported back. We've had the tacos, burritos, burrito bowls and coconut shrimp. All were excellent. You order your food at the counter and they give you...a number to place on the table. Quick service and staff are all super nice. We have eaten inside and got take out at leas 7 times, never been disappointed. The only concern is summer 2020 when the tourists return and it will be too crowded to get in!More

After regularly driving by this new Mexican restaurant which took the place of Ocean Pizza we decided to give it a try. The dining room has been cheerfully upgraded with partially gray tile and warm orange walls, with decorative Mexican prints adorning the dining room....It looked like it had become a popular take out restaurant. There were a few restaurant diners as well on this January day. We can imagine as the summer season arrives this will be a busy place. Food has to be ordered at the counter and will be delivered to your table in plastic baskets lined with food paper. They had beer and wine: only one white and one red, mini bottles (airline size). Plastic drink ware. Take out style flatware. Pitcher of water at a counter in the dining room for self serve. Prices are reasonable. We tried a fun meal of: Trio of tacos (each $3.95): Carne Asada, olio and veggies. In gluten free soft corn taco. The were all good, could easily have had a bit more punch. Score 3* Camaron coconut shrimp, coconut battered shrimp crispy fried served over shredded iceberg lettuce, slices of orange with a tropical/mango dipping sauce. It was ok. Score 3* Beef quesadilla, 4 triangles served with shredded iceberg and a small dish or salsa .($7.00). Tasty. Score 3* 3 colored Naco chips ($2.00) Small dish of Salsa $2, nothing to outstanding. Score 2* (* We rate the dishes we try on a scale from 1-5, 5 being outstanding.)More

Just found out about this place and love trying new places, especially so close to home. I had the gringo and barbecue tacos, and they both were very tasty, especially the barbecue pulled pork. The house margarita was also good, even though it's served in...a plastic cup (hard to get the salt to stay on the rim). The dining room is just okay -- kind of stark, not really much ambiance -- and there must have been a problem with the heat because it was freezing, which necessitated eating the meal quickly while it was still hot. I would definitely go back but would probably get it to go and eat it by the ocean just a few yards away.More

Second time at Taqueria 207 -- we took out chicken and beef burritos and they were wonderful. Very large portions -- could easily be shared. The ranchero sauce is delicious.

This was our second trip to this restaurant that opened late in the Summer. There's no traditional table service, you order at the counter and they deliver your food. The chips and salsa were the one thing we thought were only so so on our...first visit, so we ordered the Papas Mexicanas. Great choice! Don't be thrown by the sauteed onions and jalapenos, the peppers were left with a mild heat and easily pulled aside if you don't care for them. Our tacos, carne asada and veggie, were excellent. Full with very fresh ingredients. They serve both beer and margaritas. The margaritas come in a plastic cup, but don't let that throw you. Very tasty with a healthy pour of good tequila. We really recommend giving them a try. They opened much later than expected, missing most of the tourist season. It's a comfortable little local place with good food, fair prices and a comfortable atmosphere. They deserve to succeed.More
