Closing at end of season

This establishment gets four stars thanks to friendly service and spectacular location, despite some short comings. First, it has no internet. Given the very touristy location, I presume they don’t want people hanging around and working or doing email. Neither did they have coconut milk, which I... read more

The day we came, the machine used to make espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc was broken and it took over 20 minutes to get our drinks. In fact, we were not told the machine was broken and would be a long wait until after I had been waiting about 10 min and approached the barista to find out what was... More

I love the picture window views. I loved the coffee. The pumpkin spice was oh so yummy. But most of all I loved talking to the gentleman who in my mind is the owner... Wished I could have stayed a spell. We skipped rocks outside... Fun.

You can get the coffee inside. All the flavors and kinds possible. We carried our purchase outside and enjoyed a great view of the surf and grounds.

Given the very touristy location, I presume they don’t want people hanging around and working or doing email. Neither did they have coconut milk, which I think is becoming de rigueur for coffee establishments in my opinion. Nevertheless, I... More

Another "must do" at Perkin's Cove, especially after walking the Marginal Way. Nice place for a coffee, hot chocolate or hot cider & fresh baked pastry (or a banana). Inside & outside seating, all with ocean views, friendly staff.

Great coffee selection. The best views inside and at the little tables outside. No restroom, but one a short walk away.

My husband enjoyed their iced coffee and I had their iced mint tea which was very refreshing. They had many options for beverages and sweets. Great location and gorgeous views from their outdoor seating.

This coffee/tea house is right on the Atlantic Ocean, couldn't ask for a better location. Great selection of teas and coffees, both of high quality. Deserts are very good too. Worth a visit when you're in Perkins Cove, and even if you're not.

Excellent coffee! The owner's son roasts the coffee himself. The staff was friendly and very informative, knowledgeable. Sit outside and enjoy the view!

This coffee shop has the best view from inside as well as an outside gravel patio area right on the ocean. It is my favorite place to get coffee & a bagel in the morning with a fantastic view!
