Enjoy lobster, steamers, lobster rolls, chowder and a whole lot more in a friendly, casual atmosphere. Live lobsters caught by local lobstermen wait in tanks filled with ocean water coming straight from the cove. Choose your size and two sides. For all the taste without the work, have a lobster roll any way you like it...a quarter pound single, double-stuffed, triple, or an entire pound on a buttery toasted roll with or without mayo. The lobster wrap and lobster BLT are also recently added favorites. Homemade chowder made from an old family recipe is a great way to start your meal, there's no thickening flour just the perfect combination of clams, fish, potatoes, onions and spices in a milk

Not sure I have the right place as I saw the shack and we went to the right of that and had indoor seating. The receipt says Perkins Cove Lobster S. We were greeted by a nice young lady who told us to order first...and then pick a table from those available. I can say without a doubt that we had the best New England Clam Chowder ever. I prefer broth that is not creamy and this was so very good and hearty. We both ordered lobster rolls and I could have done without it. It was chewy and not very tasty but I don't think I am a big fan without hot lobster and butter. We went back another day for more chowder.More

This place was recommended to us for lobster. Great prices, fresh lobster, great chowder, etc. Found a new favorite beer as well. Friendly staff. Would go again! Walked along Marginal way along the sea to get there. Fun little adventure.

Was in Perkins Cove, Ogunquit looking for a place for seafood and read some great reviews of the Lobster Shack, and they weren't lying. Just a small place, but with fresh seafood, great service and good prices. Had the lobster stew, wife had the lobster...roll, both were great! Freshly made, so takes some time from order to meal, but that's ok when everything is made to order. Owner and staff were super friendly! It's a keeper and you can't get more authentic, check out its history on it's web site!More

We shared a lobster roll and the fried haddock... absolutely amazing and fresh. Take your food and sit on the rocks by the ocean and enjoy!

We stopped for lunch. The fish tacos are excellent and so is the clam chowder. We would definitely eat there again.

First stop on our trip. Immediate order of four local beers and four lobster rolls! We could have had seconds (if we didn’t want to leave room for ice cream). Make it a plan to stop here.

We were greeted outside by a friendly soul. We wanted to eat inside. Only waited 10 minutes. The Shack has a lunch special of a cup of chowder, lobster roll, coleslaw and chips fir $22. Really delicious!! Good beer. Just every other table is vacant...so be prepared.More

Soooooo Good. We started with the Seafood Chowder. Chunks of Haddock, Very Nice Stock. Very tasty, The Haddock Tacos were Excellent. Many levels of flavor and the Haddock was cooked perfectly. The Lobster BLT was outstanding. Bacon AND Lobster. I want to go back again....We left arguing which was better, the Tacos or the BLT!More
