Looking for relaxed setting to take family and friends up for holiday for breakfast. Roost was just the spot. Great atmosphere, superb food and exceptional and friendly staff. Large group all had something different to eat and none were disappointed. Great food prepared well and all served at once. Kudos to the kitchen! Setting was perfect to share good times.

I am never disappointed. You must try this restaurant..the menu selection is varied and sure to please. The ambiance is relaxing and at the same time decorated with such fine taste. My son and I visited this place for Thanksgiving dinner. Choice of Turkey, prime rib or salmon and 4 sides all fresh and home made. End of dinner was dessert (again 3 choices) chocolate cake, pumpkin pie or apple crisp. Food was excellent as was service. Restaurant had a lot of charm. Dining room was beautiful and the place had... More

The pancakes were delicious, the Maine crab omelet was out of this world, and the waitress even gave us a great recommendation of what to do next (there's a beautiful beach walk nearby). One thing that I would improve- don't charge for real maple syrup!

Everything was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is French eclectic, relaxed and intimate. The perfect spot for a romantic dinner or an evening with family and friends. I'm already planning my return visit !

We were a group of 5 and sat at the bar for dinner and drinks. We each started with a speciality cocktail which took some time to get served but once we got that out of the way, everything was great. Food was served in a timely manner ( except my salad which came midway through the meal) and was... More

We were looking for a light lunch and a casual enviornment; Roost's bar was perfect. We were warmly greeted and offered a high top in the bar. Drink orders were taken and the drinks quickly arrived- the Bloody Mary's are spectacular. Our lunches were simple yet tasty; cuban black bean soup, mixed green salad and a caesar salad. We'll be... I had a late lunch at Roost one day and dinner two days later. It's a nice place for casual dining, which is the main reason I went back for dinner. Service was average, but not outstanding. I got the impression, particularly at dinner, that the server was more interested in taking care of the tables with more diners (i.e.... More

I have previously eaten at Roost with girlfriends for breakfast/lunch (delish!), but on a recent wknd away with Boyfriend, took in a Sat night. Not disappointed...place was lively, but warm. We split an apperizer...Gnocchi & Lobster, which was not too rich & just plain satisfying. I was tempted by the pork tenderloin as was in the mood for comfort food.... More
