We went on our anniversary. The staff were great, followed guidelines and were extremely proficient. I ordered the “old mill” and my fiancée ordered a skinny margarita to drink. Both were very well made and reasonably sized. We ordered their Brussel Sprouts for an appetizer...and they might have been the best ones we have both had, delicious! For main course I got their Land & Sea. The shrimp, scallops, and steak were well seasoned and cooked very well. I was definitely pleased with my experience and will absolutely be visiting again.More

I would say I have 3 favorite restaurants in my area and Fishbones is at the top. If you want an upscale bar experience they have it, if you want a relaxing romantic dinner they have it. I just finished my take out sirloin salad....It is so tasty with its honey balsamic vinaigrette ummm ummm good.More

We often ate at Fish Bones in the pre-COVID era. Today we went once again. The restaurant was not full (mid-afternoon)--very encouraging in terms of safety. We chose a table near a wall and enjoyed a delicious meal. But as we were leaving, I glanced...into the kitchen and saw that the cooks were not wearing masks! We'd been sitting close to them for more than an hour. If one of them is infected, we're at risk of the deadly virus. Since contact tracing still doesn't happen, we won't know our level of risk for several days. We'll wait until the pandemic is over before we return... or perhaps we will never return.More

Hello, Apologies for disappointing you on your visit with us. We have worked diligently to provide safe covid environments at both of our restaurants with safe spacing, table and equipment sanitizing, and yes, even masks for both public facing and back of the house personnel....More

Returned to Fish Bones after a very long time away and their food did not disappoint. My favorite is still the Ahi Tuna Crisps. The atmoshpere was quiet and the staff members worked hard and fast to take and bring orders to the table!! Our...server was super pleasant and enjoyable. I eat at this establishment on a regular basis. Hands down best restaurant in Lewiston/Auburn. Everything they do here is fantastic! They change up the menu from time to time. The atmosphere is great located in an old revitalized mill building. We have always received...good service. If your in the area looking for great food and a great dining experience, you will find it here.More

Very comfortable and the service was wonderful I. The bar area. Had bbq which was ok. This is personal preference. I like sauce. Tuna wontons, delicious, lobster dumplings. ...tasty but I would skip them. Brussel sprouts were delicious. Cauliflower pizza was delicious. Do not order...the risotto. It needs a massive amount of help. Prices at lunch are affordable. I will definitely go back!More

We can't wait to go back to try different things because this dinner was so good. They also have great signature drinks.

I have always enjoyed Fish Bones Grill. However, this past trip was a bit of a disappointment. I have ordered on several occasions the scallops on a strip of pork belly. It was a great dish!! Today; however, the plate has changed from the scallops...on a strip of pork belly to scallops with bits of pork belly sprinkled on the scallops. Very disappointing!! Not sure why you would change a great dish. If it was to save money, it would have been much more preferable, at least to me, to charge a bit more for the dish. Why change a great dish to a mediocre dish.More

We arrived after 7:30 on a Friday and were immediately seated. The menu had changed some since our last visit and I was very pleased with the bouillabaisse special of the evening. Also, enjoyed the baby romaine salad instead of a larger salad. Dessert was...good, but too much so we brought it home.More
