We were visiting from out of town and saw Erica's Seafood. We took a chance. The service was amazing, they were so friendly. We were 4 sisters celebrating a 70th birthday, wearing sister shirts. The food was so good and we had a large portion...of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone.More

This is a very popular spot and the wait is long to get your food. However you can BYOB and sit at the picnic tables with a view of the harbor and Casco Bay. The lobster rolls were good, though small for the price in...comparison to others available in Harpswell.More

We went to Erica's on the Sunday before Labor Day. We got there at 6pm. It took 1.5 hours to get our food, but I would do it all over again. The food was delicious. The atmosphere (just above a marina at the end of...the peninsula) perfect. We took a walk to the end of the peninsula and watched the sunset while waiting for the food. By all means, go!More

The freshest and most delicious lobster roll I’ve had in a while! This is a hot dog roll with a very substantial filling of lobster and a tiny bit of mayo. Get the basket to include fries and cole slaw. Enjoy it at one of...the picnic tables with a view of the marina. Cash only and drinks are from a soda machine so maybe bring your own. They have other seafood as well if lobster isn’t your thing. We didn’t get the dessert opting for very good ice cream at Island Candy shop over on Bailey Island. Spend the afternoon poking around the side roads Looking for views. Take a walk on one of the area trails or go beach combing - there are several in the area.More

The casual setting, the great service, and the magnificent views only added to thoroughly enjoying the wonderfully light, fresh lobster roll w/ drawn butter and a side of coleslaw. Go for it, it’s totally worth it. By the way, it’s implied at establishments such as...this that it’s byob.More

Excellent quality across 6 meals. Best BLT ever. Huge serving of haddock. Perfect level of coating and frying of scallops. And a great source of lobster to take home. Wonderful outside eating location. Highly recommend!

I was on vacation and this was my first visit to Erica’s, although I’d been to the area many times. It had lots of positive reviews online and by locals. I ordered a combo seafood platter, seafood chowder and a lemon square. The fries that...came with the combo were barely warm, limp and greasy. The clams and oysters were good but small indistinguishable from one another. The seafood chowder was very good with lots of seafood in a light cream broth. And the lemon square was a generous size and tasty. However, it was hard to justify $50.00 for this meal. There are other places near and far with much better food for this price and less.More

This is a hidden gem! We purchased our lobster roll sandwich’s. There are picnic benches with a view of the harbor. It started to rain as we placed our orders. In the rain the lady delivered to our vehicle all smiles. This was the very...first time that my wife and I had a lobster roll sandwich. They were beyond delicious. Eating and watching the lobster boat’s in the harbor.More

Wonderful food even in the pouring rain. We sat under our rain umbrellas, to quickly eat the chowder then retreated to the car to finish our clam and scallop baskets. The chowder was loaded full with clams and broth was not to thick . What...we loved best, were the clams and scallops although fried were not greasy or heavy oil tasting. The seafood flavor just came through . The service was great very pleasant staff and food was delivered to tables or cars. I wish we lived closer .More

Clam chowder had a thin base with lots of clam bits-very tasty and not needlessly filling. Fried clam basket was hot and delicious and fries were exceptional also. For $17 for the basket I couldn't have been happier it was delicious!

Let me explain the scenario. It’s raining and there are 3 patrons at the tables. Erica’s has a policy of NOT selling steamed lobsters for take out. Given today’s raining, I figured they would relax this to bring in money. And, I was prepared to...almost spend almost $100 to buy steamed lobsters. They refused to sell me lobsters. I couldn’figure out the logic. They sent me away with nothing. I went to another local company, Gurnet Trading that did not have this crazy restriction. I live real close to Erica’s. They won’t get my business. Btw: I ate here 2 days agoMore

We were lucky enough to be staying not too far away from Erica's this week, and made frequent visits. This place is GREAT - amazing food, fast service (even when the line is long) and gorgeous view! The seafood stew is PACKED with fish. The...crabmeat roll is crammed with crabmeat, and the roll was toasted perfectly. The baskets aren't heavy or greasy - the scallops and haddock are to-die-for. Cash only, so don't be surprised, and bring your own drinks (there is a soda machine, but that's it.) Well worth the trip from anywhere!More

You don't just happen to pass by Erica's. A friend from Maine told us about Erica's so we had to try it. As the crow flies it is only 10 miles from Portland, by land it is at least 45 miles but well worth it....The place sits on the water with amazing views. We got there just ahead of the crowd. There was constant stream of customers. My wife's lobster roll was very good. I had the scallop basket which was perfectly cooked. It was obvious that there were many repeat customers coming with their lawn chairs and coolers. The picnic tables stayed filled. Drive to Erica's you won't be disappointed.More

Last month the hard shell lobsters were $7 a pound. The soft shells were $6 per pound. Then they charge $1 each lobster to cook them. It was definitely the cheapest and best lobster we had!! They only take cash.
