Great time!

This place was recommended by a friend. Never being to the area, we checked it out. We had the best time! Food was good, great service. It was fun to listen to the banter between bartender and the regulars. We actually can't wait to make a trip to go back

i love it here i gives me memories though the donuts are quit tough. Nevermind i was just told that they were not in fact donuts it was steak.

Burnt food

the atmosphere was nice. only two other tables when we arrived. When our order arrived the food was burnt. The hand cut fries were partly black on two out of our 3 plates. When I pointed this out to the blond waitress she said that’s cooked it’s the fryer that makes it dark. then she said “Do you want undercooked fries, I picked up a hard black fries and showed her how hard and black it was. Her response was again do u want undercooked fries? I said I don’t want black hard ones, she replies again I can get you undercooked fries and left. We did receive perfectly cook fries in a basket between for us to share. I had the hot sausage sub that the bun was burnt black on the bottom. Never got a drink refill the whole time we were there. We did leave a small tip, which I don’t know why. No apology for burnt food only smart ass replies. Needless to say the Service could not be any worse. We will never be back. I know staff shortage but this was one of the worst services I have ever had!

Good Food, Good Drinks, Good Service!

This place is nothing fancy, but it is an authentic college town/locals hangout offering a great selection of pub fare, a generous pour and friendly staff. You won't leave still hungry! Try the poutine ($9.00) or the Philly Cheese Steak Sub ($9.00).A fun, casual, comfortable joint!

Expanded Seating with Pool Table

The Dugout has expanded their original limited seating to provide for more in the back of the establishment. They also have a decent pool table out back. Of course, this remains a "pub" type of place but their food is consistently good. We had cheeseburgers with fries, an order of chicken fingers, and a veggie quesadilla. All were excellent. It does take a while to receive your food. The prices are not terrible. I think it is a little on the high side, however, you know you will get good food and medium to large sized servings.

tiny local joint

locals filled this tiny diner type eatery. it had basic food, burgers, sandwiches and fries only. it was ok if you needed something to eat but not for conversation, relaxing or great food.

Often when I go up to Farmington I go and visit the Dugout. For me it is like a local hangout being that my cousins grew up in that town. The Dugout is your typical hole in the wall drinking establishment that has a great Burger. My Uncle who lives in town does not get out to dinner often. Whenever I visit him I make it a point to take him out and this is one of his favorite places to go. I will go back the next time I'm in town and I suggest you go as well. When going for dinner plan that during the busy hours you may have a short wait but with pool tables, a bar, and TVs they will keep you entertained while you wait.

Pizza!

While working on a project with some friends, supper time came around and they suggested ordering from The Dugout. Having never had their pizza, I had no expectations either way. We ordered a pepperoni and a Hawaiian. Both were excellent. Not to much edge crust, good cheese to topping ratio. I’ll definitely order from here again.

Cool little place

Popped in for a drink while waiting for a movie at the local theater. It is definitely a local hangout, which makes it friendlier than a lot of places. The drink was good, we had a long island ice tea, and cheaper than most as well. We will definitely be back!
