I am new to the area and have been exploring local fare in Ellsworth since moving to Lamoine. I have visited Finn’s twice and both times the food was excellent. Tonight the waitress, Mandy, was as nice and social ale as one could ask for...More

I would suggest the cheddar rasher bacon burger with the Irish nachos. The best comfort food in the city by far!

Being a local, I stop in often. Now that Ellsworth has lost two restaurant/bars it is VERY busy. But, still a great, attentive staff and excellent food. Oysters and mussels are always fresh and delicious. I enjoy the Ruben and small Mac & cheese for...More

As Ellsworth is near Acadia National Park, it can be hard to find a meal that is both affordable and good. The pub has a bar area and a dining room area, and its food is simple and filling. (DO have the mussel appetizer.) If...More

Great atmosphere, awesome food and wonderful waitress, Val! Thanks from the Missouri travelers. Val even suggested several area places we should visit while we're in Maine. We three had a group hug when we left.

This was a great place to stop for lunch after a long flight into Bangor. Had a beautiful seat next to a window. Service was friendly. Mostly locals. Food was good and appropriate for the restaurants theme. I would eat there again.

20 beers on tap, but the real prize is the food. Don't miss this place. We had the Wexford fish cakes and the banger dinner. Aye every morsel. Can't say enough.
