Very comfortable, good food. However waitress/bartender was a little unattractive. She was quite interested in her IPHONE. The roast beef cheddar cheese with horseradish aoli was excellent. With Finns and Pats to busy and noisy, you should try the Airline.

Roni - Thanks for stopping by our pub and really pleased Logan looked after you all. We do love our Theakston's "Old Peculiar" Clock. It comes from a very old and special brewery near our home in North Yorkshire. It is our favorite way to...More

Stopped in for a drink before dinner with my best friend. Roman was excellent! He helped create an awesome flight of ciders and seasonal brews for the two of us.

Stopped in for food and beer. First off they only had stouts and porters on tap and an Oktoberfest that was not one but actually a pumpkin beer. To me personally every brewery should have a variety but that isn’t the way here. Ordered quesadillas...More

I am more than a little puzzled by your review. Firstly - we carry 16 beers on tap. 4 cask, 2 nitro, and 12 kegged. The line up for the date you visited included; English Bitter, Scottish Export, Oatmeal Stout, Red Ale, Special Old Bitter,...More

Paula and I stopped here today for lunch on our way to Seal Cove. It was not our first visit and certainly won’t be our last. Ever since my first visit to the UK many years ago I’ve been a big fan of British style...More

Thank you for your kind words and even more for enjoying your time at the pub. It looks like you tried some of our classics. The sticky toffee pudding is an age old family recipe. As for the cask beer - what can I say...More

This place is being billed as a cozy, authentic English style pub. The decor inside was indeed quaint and nice, so no problems there. The food and service however were not up to par. I had a very shallow pie that was not even close...More

Jennifer We take food quality and service very seriously and try to respond to any issue immediately at the pub. It is a shame that you waited 4 months to post the review as it is hard to investigate. So I will do my best...More

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place, so we stopped by Saturday about 1 pm. He ordered a beer, and I, not being a beer drinker, ordered a gin and tonic. They are not a pub as I sort of thought,...More

Thank you for stopping by the pub - and even more to highlight an area for improvement. We will review cleaning procedures for the tables. We have not had chlorinated products for that reason but obviously we may have unknowingly had a product substitution but...More
