Food was pretty good and the service was prompt. I got a burger w/ mushrooms and fried onion and fries/ My boyfriend got chocolate chip pancakes w/... More

Went for breakfast this morning and had a Vege omelet. Fresh spinach and mushrooms and very tasty. Waitress was good with drink refills. Atmosphere is friendly no frills diner and it does have an outdoor seating area overlooking the bay.

Shoulda just stuck with the Fish Fry. Food was fine. Service very nice. Don't rush. Just enjoy the view - the beer was cold and hit the spot.

We were passing through Eastport near lunch time and we stopped to enjoy the deck out back that sits right beside the water. It was a sunny day and we were able to watch the work being done on the water by the different types of ships coming and going. The location and staff were great. We did not have... More

We were told about the Waco Diner and it did live up to their reputation. We ate out on the deck and enjoyed a great time with other people form the area that had given us information about the area.

The pluses: Service was excellent from the person behind the bar who greeted us to the waitstaff who took care of our table. The setting is gorgeous; we sat outside on the deck and watched the harbor traffic. The table umbrellas kept the noontime sunshine from being overwhelming; it was a lovely spot to be. The regular bacon was delicious,... More

We were camping at Harris Point in Eastport and our hubbies went out on the motorboat to fish so us gals decided to do a walkabout in downtown Eastport. We wandered through a few shops and walked the shorepath behind the stores and ended up having lunch on the back deck of WACOS restaurant. This is a small local diner... More

We arrived less than an hour before closing but received good service. My husband ordered clam chowder, and even though they were out, they called to have some delivered for us. Seafood roll was excellent, and both fish and clam chowders were tasty.

A must if you want to dine where the locals eat..They open at 6:00am for the fishermen. Their breakfast is great and there are many selections to choose from. They offer daily specials.

I don't go here much unless I have visitors in town. My son had the eggs Benedict and said it was very good. I had the breakfast with two eggs and it was average. My biggest complaint is that they HAVE to replace the seating in the booths. My back and my legs were hurting from the springs. Those booth... More
