My wife and I have hit many "Lobster Roll" places going up the coast. This place had the worst clam chowder we tasted. There was not much cream, if any, and not many clams, or much flavor. The lobster roll here was the least favored by my wife and I. The Clam Shack in Kennebunkport had the best lobster roll,... More

This was a great place to stop for lunch on our way to Portland, ME. We decided to take a side trip off I-95 around Cape Elizabeth, and the unobstructed ocean views from the picnic tables confirmed we made the right choice. We ordered lobster rolls and fries but there were lots of other options. The lobster rolls were full... More

Let me say that through the years I have been here probably 20X. The food is always well prepared, fresh and delicious. The view is spectacular. But what makes this a great dining experience is sitting on a picnic table in front of the Shack and smelling the sea air while digging into some delicious food. I look forward to... More

We are a group of 6, who after a Portland Casco Bay Cruise wanted lobster. This place is it for a tasty, fresh lobster. Dinner with single lobster is $26+. They have tables inside and outside the shack. Staff are friendly and helpful. The view of Two lights and North Atlantic Ocean is magnificent.

Location is pretty and definitely worth the visit! Food is overrated...pricey and just ok...one of the smallest lobster rolls we've had for the money...would not return for food.

This place is a quintessential seaside 'shack' with a walk-up window and picnic tables. The fried clams were huge and very flavorful with a great batter. The lobster rolls on the other hand were only okay. The meat wasn't very flavorful and the roll came with a dollop of mayonnaise on it rather than mixed in. Was okay for me... More

I had a lobster roll here. It was amazing, I wanted 10!! They had strawberry rhubarb pie, which I wish I would have ordered. I looked for it the rest of the weekend, and no one else had it! They are located right on the water, with a ton of outside park benches. It was too chilly outside when I... More

I made an impromptu trip to Two Lights State Park recently, which is spectacular always. Of course I began having an itch to get some friend scallops and did not want to drive out to Pine Point for them, though I knew I could also go to the Good Table down the street. Instead, I recalled that The Lobster Shack... More

Excellent food and a fabulous view. The service was very friendly and although it was very busy they got our food served relatively quick.

Good food, great location, beautiful views. Excellent seafood and home made pie for dessert. When the weather permits there are picnic tables outside with a view of the Atlantic.
