The chefs added too much salt on the food we got. We tasted and returned it. We were horrified that chef in such pricey place can be so haphazard.

No frills, totally in a good way. Quick service, simple menu, and everything was fresh and tasty. I wish there were more places like this.

Had some large blueberry pancakes for breakfast. Tasty, but a little doughy for my taste. Sausage patty was delicious.

I had just come a great sailing weekend on the schooner Mistress and was feeling a little hungry and opted to check the place. This is that classic no-frills place that would be basic go-to on those mornings when you feel a need to get...out of the house' The omelet with crab meat was fantastic and the fried potatoes that came with it would be a solid "wingman" with anything coming off a grill. Places like this will always appeal to me. Damn good group of servers too. S.H.More

Went in for take out on a very busy Sunday afternoon. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL. As I waited a minimal time for my order, I saw the staff being peppered with requests from customers. The staff were all friendly and professional. It is a testament...to this homey restaurant. Our haddock sandwiches were tasty and fresh. We will definitely visit again.More

Great food and friendly service. We had the customary lobster roll and chowder. Absolutely delicious. I wish they had alcohol to go with my sandwich but you can’t have it all. Would have liked to go back and try the blueberry pancakes. They looked amazing!!

My Wife and I were spending a few days in Camden and we stopped in for breakfast. We sat outside on the deck overlooking the harbor. It is a great setting but that's as far as it went. We both got the same thing, hash...with egg's, my Wife clarified "is it home made" yes the server replied, with carrots and onions added. So we were all in, I got poached eggs with mine and my Wife got over medium. The portion was huge but this hash was mushy and lacked flavor, had some large pieces of fat as well. The eggs for both of us were over cooked. We each choose the blueberry muffin as well. That was huge but it was very dense. Maybe it was an off day as there are a lot of good reviews but for us, there are other choices and would choose to go elsewhere.More

I really enjoy going to the Marriner and having breakfast on the deck. I had the French toast, 2 people had the “triple play”, and the other person had the Monte Cristo. Everyone reported that they enjoyed their meals, as was evidenced by their clean...plates. I’ll be back again and again.More

My wife & I enjoyed our breakfast on the back deck at the Marriner's Restaurant. It was a beautiful morning. Perfect for sitting on the water on their back deck. Under an umbrella to shade the sun. Our waitress took our order after a brief...time to review the menu. I got their 3 egg veggi omelette. My wife got a dropped egg on muffin. After a couple of cups of coffee our breakfast arrived. My omelette was huge and filled with fresh vegetables and cheese. The homfries were perfectly prepared. Everything was delicious. Perfect start to our day and browsing downtown Camden with masks covering our faces. It's different but we'll get through this.More

Yes, this was casual and kid friendly. Look it up on the internet. They have pictures posted of the menu.

I would suggest you email the restaurant. Usually a chef is pleased to share his recipes. Your question sounds like you are writing to the restaurant but it's going to all TA reviewers.
