We use this restaurant as our "very special occasion" restaurant for a number of years. Since the coronavirus hit they've been offering takeout which is much welcomed. I hope they continue with takeout, it's much more comfortable to eat great food at home than sitting...frankly anywhere else. We'll even apply a generous tip, just let us eat at home and not worry about dressing up or bored children!More

Wonderful sitting on porch and the food was fabulous! Now understand this is not the place to take your grandmother who lived thru the Great Depression... They will have a fabulous meal but then they will enter into a financial coma when they see the...portion size and the tab... not that it wasn’t “worth” the experience and the service will be absolutely on-point at every juncture! They were spot-on with timing, drinks and recommendations! And you have to pay for that kind of dedication and training in addition to the excellent preparation of the meal. Just be “wallet forewarned” is all I’m saying... Now to the good stuff! We started with a recommendation of a bottle of Torino Mor, Pinot noir from Oregon, that was truly the right pairing for the evening. We had lightly roasted oysters and traditionally raw on half shell. Both were delicious but I would get all lightly roasted next time, just wonderful! Then we did the lobster tasting menu... ceviche, lobster claw on a bun, lobster bisque and a roasted lobster over risotto. All were unique and spectacular! And an artisan cheese plate for dessert... WOW! Absolutely a terrific meal! Well done!More

We ate at Natalies this past summer with our 3 year old daughter. We reserved an outdoor table a few days before our meal. We were given a table by the door that had a good amount of traffic and for about 30 minutes the...sun was shining directly in our face. We asked to be moved and the request was denied even though there were tables of the same capacity available on the other side that didn't have direct sunlight hitting it. The lobster tasting menu was very good. The ribeye we ordered was very dry and chewy and we sent it back. The oysters were great. I liked it but expected more!More

We ordered the steak medallions and scallops. They were excellent and service from Luke and Sam were outstanding. Luke was exceptionally educated regarding ingredients in the entrees for allergies. Mike at the bar was very very nice and accommodating with our drinks. Would highly recommend...although the view isn’t really about the water, but still lovely.More

We were seated outside with a wonderful view over the harbor. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The servers were knowledgeable and very friendly. The restaurant did an excellent job keeping guests safe during this pandemic. The only place we have been where there...was a separate team serving and a separate team removing items to avoid cross contamination. Expensive both worth every penny.More

Definitely a place for foodies - you need 4 courses to be full and our waiter definitely reacted when we ordered only drinks and entrees (which were still $120). The Inn and location are fantastic and that is part of what you’re paying for. We...enjoyed Franny’s Bistro more.More

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at this restaurant. The setting is ideal with a view of Camden Harbor from the wonderful outside seating. We had reservations and were seated late as a result of be in hosting his first wedding of the year...since Covid. The food was very flavorful and I found the wine selection adequate I was surprised at the very small portions. Our biggest disappointment was after the conclusion of our meal when we ordered dessert and an after dinner drink we were asked to take a dinner table is big one at the table for the next seating. Not wanting to make a scene we complied however I found this egregious considering that we were seated late because of the restaurants limited staff perhaps it would’ve been better if the restaurant had provided a complementary dessert and drinks and asked us to move but that was not the case.More

I was a bit apprehensive given the reviews but our evening at Natalies was exceptional and the best meal we had in the Camden -Rockland area. Very good service and a beautiful outdoor setting. The one area I would recommend improvement is the wine program...where I found virtually everything marked up 3X + and no half bottles of good wine which would allow a couple to have two different wines. The coravin reserve wines are a good idea but still not a substitute for half bottles.More

We stopped in for a drink with our friends (and hosts) on our last night in Camden. We sat in the lounge, social distancing; and were very ably taken care of by Mike who is also the bartender. I ordered my usual old-fashioned and I...have to say it’s probably the best I’ve ever had from a bar. The other drinks were great as well, a gimlet for my wife and a nice Malbec for the other lady in the group. The fourth person is a non-drinker, but he reported that his club soda was excellent 😀. This is my go-to spot for a quick drink while in Camden. I’ve been to Camden many times and I can’t believe it took me so long to get to Natalie’s.More

Natalie's is working through COVID-19 challenges, and they don't have their in-house dining down yet. That said, we had a delicious meal. The service was very slow - both from the kitchen, and the table staff. We had to call over staff and ask for...things a few times. They were nice, but not polished. My husband and I both had the 5 course lobster tasting menu, and there were some outstanding courses (and all were good). The lobster bisque and grilled lobster were especially good. Desserts and bread were tasty, too. Maine tends to be rugged and we enjoyed sitting back on the porch of a higher end restaurant.More

They are open year round and the dress code is casual (as is the case for almost every restaurant in Maine). The menu is pretty high end and very delicious.
